Somewhere in the past a duct had been unhooked and a vent was covered to put in flooring. All these years later, we redid the floor and put the vent back in but we needed the duct to be put back together.
The gentleman came out to take a look, and took care of it in five minutes.
Absolutely wonderful response and service.
They have done my furnace maintenance/repairs in the past and look forward to keeping them as part of my regular maintenance !!
