We recently had Dana’s clean our HVAC ducts and have had them inspect and service our furnace the last two years. They are always on time, courteous, and professional. Not always the cheapest, but the level of professionalism and honesty I’ve experienced is worth it, as it’s hard to find that in some service providers/contractors these days.

Update: Dana’s installed a heat pump and replaced our aged furnace. The estimator that initially came out was very knowledgeable and offered multiple heating and cooling solutions, taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each. The admin team was helpful and communicated well in scheduling our install work - they even honored a request to do the work early if someone else canceled, and we got our system installed a month earlier! The install techs were polite and professional and on time. They went above and beyond, fixing an out of scope water heater vent they said was dangerous for carbon monoxide emissions. You can tell they have a passion for their work and want you to have the best possible outcome. In all my experiences with Dana’s employees they treat you like a neighbor and they’re people I trust in and around my home. Very good value. I refer them to everyone I know in need of the services.

Excellent and careful process and servicing from the moment we were prospective customers to follow up after installation. Fantastic customer service. All three technicians were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Informing us to every step of the way and explaining things to us. I never felt like they were in a rush to finish and they pay careful attention to details. This is the only company of the all the ones that I have called the treated us with the same professionalism before and after the sale.

+Very much appreciated the work done by Justin of Dana's Heating and Cooling. He found out the trouble with our furnace and fixed it all in about 90 minutes. Very friendly and professional. I also use Dana's for duct cleaning. I would recommend Dana's to a friend.

The guys that came to take care of my vent cleaning were friendly, professional and very thorough. I felt confident that everything was cleaned properly. They listened to my concerns and made sure I was not only satisfied but that I had peace of mind. I would definitely recommend.

Annual check up. Made Appt months in advanced . Was sent reminders , that was helpful.
Due to weather Appt pushed our 1 day no biggie.

I had a failure on my air handler on Saturday and called them on Monday morning. They visited my house and fixed it and upgraded my Thermostat all that same day. I have to say I was extremely pleased with the technician as he was knowledgeable and very informative. I will use Dana again and will reccomend. They got a new customer for sure!

Dana's has been my choice for furnace repairs & maintenance though the years and I'm satisfied everytime. Efficient, knowledgable, and thorough.
