Optimal HVAC did an excellent job with the hookup of a gas line for my generator. They also serviced my furnace and fireplace and gave me a written analysis of my furnace’s health which was great. They got everything done very quickly and everyone we worked with was super nice and knowledgeable. I was impressed and will definitely use Optimal HVAC again in the future!

Highly recommended! I scheduled to have Optimal HVAC come out to perform maintenance/check on my furnace and a/c unit. They were able to schedule a day and time that worked with my schedule. Shawn arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. He was personable, professional and did a great job! Even though it had been years since my last heating and a/c maintenance, Shawn did not try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I really appreciate his honestly. Overall, I had great experience with Optimal HVAC from beginning to end. I will definitely be referring family and friends their way.

They replaced our furnace and installed an hvac system that works wonderfully and explained everything to me from how it worked to what small maintenance I was required to do. The techs and engineers at Optimal are really quality and professional guys along with Haley in scheduling. We had a dual zone automatic damper system along with a new modern blower installed to balance out temperature in our two-story home, along with correcting the original builder's questionable spider box work. The quality of the work they provide and their recommendations for our project out-perform anything that the big box HVAC companies could come close to offering. There was no urgency to try and rush through the job just to get to the next one. They are knowledge-able and refreshingly skilled at what they do. In these times, its really difficult to find companies that not only know what they're doing, but actually care about the people they're doing it for. Thanks guys!!

Optimal installed a new AC and furnace this week. They made this entire experience pleasant all the way , from explaining options, pricing and installation. The insulation crew was great !
