Update: had an emergency over the weekend, I called and left a message on saturday about seeing when I could get on the schedule July 30th, on aug 2nd I called again and no answer. I texted them to ask if they were open on a Tuesday, they said they were busy and asked if I changed my filter. No word of any day they could make it out and no word from Shawn. They said they would do their best to get back to me and make it out. It’s now august 9th and still no word. It’s peak of summer and I haven’t had A/c for 11 days. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you depend on cooling.

I discovered my heat wasn’t working when I woke up one morning. I called the company and they sent out someone within the hour. He was able to get the part and fix my furnace before 11 AM. Wonderful service! Very professional and friendly.
