Optimal HVAC LLC

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night. In the morning, I checked to see that I needed a new part to repair it. I called 3 other companies only to get the response that it would be a week or more before they could even come out to look at it. With temps below freezing, my family couldn't wait that long. Optimal HVAC came to the rescue. Called them, an hour later they were at my door. They had the part in stock and immediately installed it. Best yet, is they verified that my system was under warranty, so the part cost was covered. Great service, super responsive, and quality work. Now my family can enjoy our holiday season with freezing in our own home. Thank you Optimal HVAC! You are our heroes!

Our heat stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Optimal HVAC this morning at 8:15AM to request an appointment. By 9:15AM, the technician was leaving our home, and our heat was working.
