Optimal HVAC LLC

I was referred toOptimal by my daughter and son in law. They had an AC unit installed earlier this summer and were very happy with their experience. I was not disappointed. I had done some research and had a good idea of what I was looking for to replace our 29 year old furnace and add central AC and what I was willing to pay. Shawn came out to give an estimate, on time I might add, he explained some options, their benefits and limitations. No pressure, no upselling, and really easy to talk to. Had several bids e mailed to me within an hour. The package I was looking for, sales tax included, was less than I was prepared to pay.Hailey set up the install and kept me informed throughout. She was very prompt answering any questions and very helpful. Jesus and his son took care of the installation including a lot of modifications to the ducting. They were well prepared and very courteous and professional throughout. I tested the AC out by setting it at 68 deg and within an hour my wife was looking for a blanket. 72 deg is working well for us. Waiting for cooler weather to try the furnace. This was a big investment for us and I would recommend Optimal. I think you will be happy you did. Alan Splinter

Derek was very professional but also very friendly. He was able to not only diagnose and fix the issue but also answered some of my questions related to my furnace.

Optimal was amazing! They came on time and explained the process and answered my questions. The entire team was very efficient. They made sure to cover my floors and cleaned up when they left.

Great communication and quality service! It’s a bit stressful to not have heat during this time of year. I was thrilled at their availability to work on my heating system. The issues were explained and my questions were answered with patience and clarity. My heater is working and my home is nice and warm again! We had Optimal come out to do the interlock kit and gas line installed for a back up generator recently. Haley is awesome and always responsive. Optimal provides a quick turnaround time in terms of getting scheduled visits for quotes and services. Can't be more happy with Optimal.

Great family owned business. They killed the competition on price and kindness. We didn’t think we could afford to replace our system this year but when we saw the price compared to the bigger companies, we went for it. Also, our original thermostat wiring had issues in the wall which they discovered and fixed the very next morning at no additional charge.
