Very good experience. Scheduling was easy and flexible. Alex the tech called ahead to alert me. He practiced good social distancing when engaging me. He explained what he would do and then briefed me afterwards. Skilled and professional.

We decided to go to HC Heating and Cooling for our central air conditioning unit and installation. Installation went smoothly and we had excellent communication with the installers. We would highly recommend HC!

They made sure I had heat even when they couldn't fix my heat pump right away by loaning us space heaters. It was unexpected, kind, and helpful since it was during the big snow storm and the stores were sold out.

I recommend HC services for installation/maintenance. They employ knowledgeable and courteous repair people. I have been during business with them for 5 years.
