HC Heating & Cooling

HC service my home and my business. The TECHS were great and service was outstanding. I thought I had trouble they came outs told me to change the filters and everything was great. I put a new systems in my bedroom is so quiet I forget that is on.

They installed a new furnace at our home. I called around for a couple of quotes, and they had a prompt response and the best price. The install went smoothly and their staff as a whole was incredibly nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Anthony was courteous and very efficient. Excellent communication on arrival. However, my first appointment got screwed up and it took weeks to reschedule. Otherwise very happy.

The technician stated that due to the fact that the furnace is old (1982) that it would be difficult to find replacement parts. I concured.
After the technician explained the benefits of a heat pump. (The mid priced unit is $13,000) I decided that that would work for me.

The owner of the company arrived. After checking out the unit he asked me why I wanted to change to a heat pump. I told him what the other technician had explained to me.
He told me inphatically that parts for my furnace were readily available.

Greg was a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward, honest, and explained all our options. They had some of the best prices, and the install was smooth, except for a 24-hour delay when the contracted electrician didn't show. The system works great and we're loving it.

Alex Reason was absolutely SUPERB in the performance of Technical and Customer Service he provided me today.

I already knew what I was going for today, dependent on the outcome of Alex's report of the forced air condition. He was right on board with my needs, wants and desire to not over due a replacement system and I already knew what I wanted to spend. Alex's quoted suggested replacement price was exactly in the area of what I expected. Truth is, I feel good about giving your company over 10K for your services today.

Alex Reason is a true diamond in the rough with excellent people skills and a highly matured level of interpersonal awareness skills that will assist him in whatever field he desires to work.

Final Recommendation: Give that young guy a raise and keep him happy, before someone tries to steal him away from your company. I know what I say.

Wouldn't use them. Quoted $400.00 for a sequancer that cost $$19.00. Then wanted $77.00 to tell me what I already knew. Told dispatcher needed sequancer for a Wesco 2100 3. New furnace $3500.00 . Lowes $900.00 ???? Fixed furnace myself Amozon $19.00. Not $400.00.

Alex, the technician with HC Heating & Cooling, was incredibly professional and immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired our heat pump. We now have AC just in time for next weeks heatwave! I’d highly recommend!

Our 30 year old heat pump died, necessitating getting both a new heat pump and a new air handler. We interviewed 3 HVAC companies, and HC Heating & Cooling was the most competitive price-wise, and the most creative in suggesting a very cost effective solution to routing the refrigerant line (saved us a couple thousand). Bobby and Jeff were prompt, responsive and thorough with their site visit and proposal. The installers, Jason and his team, were professional and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend HC.

New owner of this company since my electric furnace was installed 10 yrs ago. Furnace had power to one of the 4 heating elements 100% of the time, probable since installation, needed to get this resolved. HCH Charged $55 for an annual service, after 30 minutes of troubleshooting the tech identified that a jumper wire on the fan relay had been placed on the wrong terminal based on the wiring diagram and he solved the problem. I'm very pleased and satisfied.
