Asked for a second opinion of HVAC problem identified by separate maintenance provider. Second opinion did not confirm problem with unit. Second opinion makes more sense to me.
Tech did not diagnose problem just listen to noise and determined outside unit needed to be replaced $10,000 I had another company come he check the unit found a faulty run capacitor and contact relay
