HC Heating & Cooling

We had a new HVAC system installed by HC Heating & Cooling January 2021 and the heat pump is not working (Dec 2021). I've attempted to contact them for two weeks by using the "contact us" feature on the website, calling every number listed for the offices at various locations and by social media and no one has returned a call. Our system is under warranty, yet there is no response from this company. I've had to contact another company for service. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Our service member, Alex, showed up exactly at the time he said he would as well as gave us a heads up call! Which I appreciate more then most because I have two young kiddos! He also did his job and was personable and kind. He advised us to not have certain work done as it was not necessary and our system was in great shape! He saved us 100’s of dollars with honesty! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone in the Kitsap area! Incredible service, great personality, courteous and kind!

I got three quotes and theirs was the best equipment and by far the lowest price. Their special financing option was perfect for us.

The installation team was super friendly and more importantly really good at their job. The setup the new duel fuel system on my Nest perfectly.

Overall I am very happy with the service and equipment they provided.

I have worked with this company between two owners. The transition was a flex of change however once the new owner was able to share his vision for the company and the exceptional potential for the employees, the company's image and fundamental approach to the industry was off the chart. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone needing new equipment, installation, maintenance or inspections done. As a business owner myself I have been impressed with the drastic changes taking place and also some of the best techs in the industry working with them. You can not go wrong choosing these guys....

We ordered a Heat Pump in early Sept of this year. We had to give them a 50% deposit ($5,400)for them to place the order for the equipment. Every time we talked to them about getting an updated ETA, we were told "still in transit and stuck on a barge". Now after trying to contact this company for 3 weeks, we cannot get anyone to answer their phone or respond to our emails. They have multiple phone number at different locations, but no-one answers any of the numbers. I went by their Belfair shop and there was a gate blocking any entrance to their office. I can only assume they have gone out of business, but I cannot confirm this since I cannot make contact. If anyone has any updates , please post them on this site..

Called when leaving to come to our location, arrived when they said they would following all COVID protocols. The Technician - Alex was very polite and thorough, he did not try to force any unneeded repairs on my wife and left with us only needeing to wait for a $3.00 part that is on order, but heater is still very Functional!
We will absolutely use their service going forward, hopefully Alex would still be our tech. Great job!!

Very pleased with the customer service & installation service I received from H&C! During the whole process I felt like a valued customer and everything was explained to me very thoroughly. The crew who installed my new unit was professional and stayed until the job was done right! Highly recommend this company!

Had heat pump and air handler installed in June 2020. . unit completely "died" beginning of June 2021. The service tech Alex, was very profession and made a big effort to get us up and running but did not have solid support from the office. . we ended up calling another Trane authorized service company in and they discovered the unti was wired incorrectly causing it to fail and even went so far as to indicate that they were surprised it ran and that we were lucky our home didn't burn down! Further inspection they noticed the breaker on the air handler had been broken and zip tied back together with the panel reinstalled over it to conceal. . plus plus plus! After contacting to remedy the expenses we have incurred due to this faulty installation, they are now not responding! We would NOT recommend this company at all. .

My husband and I bought a house when we moved to the area that had been built in the 70's and still had the original heating unit in it. Daniella came out to review our system and give us an estimate for a new heat pump. She was fantastic and answered all of our *MANY* questions patiently. Brad and Chris were fantastic for the installation; they were professional and efficient in their work. The unit is a HUGE upgrade and the work looks great. Our family is looking forward to saving literally hundreds off our winter heating bills, and we are so happy to have the confidence that our system will perform at a high standard.

The gentleman who performed a check of our electric furnace were quick and professional. The serviceman diagnosed the problem and informed me he needed a replacement part and did not carry one with him. He told me that the office, Hood Canal heating and cooling, would call and set up another appointment. That was on a Monday,due to an unforeseen problem in the office they didn't get back to me until Thursday. They apologized for the delay and offered to install the new part at no charge. On Saturday the service technician,Alex, installed the part, checked out everything to make sure our furnace worked properly. Alex was very professional and polite. I highly recommend HC Heating and Cooling and will not hesitate to call upon them again.
