Robert showed up to the house on time and went straight to work. He explained what he was doing and yielded high quality work. WGS also conducts a quality control check on large jobs which is rare these days. This was my second time using WGS and they didn’t disappoint!

Hello Operator

I don't turn up my nose when I hear about a $99 service call fee or a $75/hr labor charge. After all, I'm not paying the technician to come out and flip a switch, I am paying for him to know what switch needs flipping. HVAC service, repair, and installation is a highly technical trade and I appreciate every ounce of knowledge these guys have.

That being said...

I was told I need new starting components and quoted $727.29 plus a "Parts Procurement" fee of $117.90. I drove to the a local HVAC supply dealer, bought the parts I needed for $9.21 and ordered the last piece off of Amazon for $11.00. A 3598% markup in price ( not including the procurement fee ) is highway robbery.

The worst part about all of this? I was given three different quotes, and this was the cheapest one. The grand total of all three was over $5,000... which I could buy a brand new unit for cheaper. Maybe the tech I got was just a shyster, but I will NOT be contacting these people again.

Just called 5-2-2019 trying to see if our 2 Carrier Minisplits and gas heating system was warrantied. Though they did not do the install, Mika and Linda were instrumental in helping me! Gotta say they are truly informed and care about the Carrier Customer!

I would like to appreciate your outstanding service and hounsty, We moved to va. Beach since June 2018 , summer we had issues with Ac gentleman name Mr. Anthony came and fixed it , and yesterday had problems with heat Mr. Scott took care of it . I highly recommend WGS inc to everyone.
