This Company and its owner himself came to my house and diagnose the Cooling System problem and resolve and fix it in year 2011. .
I had wasted money with other company before and never solve the problem. I had to wait 6 to 7 days until some one came to look at my A/C system by calling other company.
Mr. Good came on the same day and diagnose the problem. Due to high season of summer and get cooling coil as part we have to wait for two days, but he expedite the process.
I do not live in that house, retired and sold end of 2012and gave all information to new owner with recommendations of White Gold Sevices Inc.
I wish Mr Good and White Goods Services is available in central Florida..

For 15 or more years we have relied on White Goods Services to keep us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The owner, Russ, clearly explains the problem, describes what is needed to fix it, suggests how to lessen the chances of it's recurring. When alternatives are available, he lays out their advantages and disadvantages. He and his team are polite, informed, show up when they say they will, and stay until the job is done. Most recently Scott diagnosed a problem; Russ explained our choices; and Duke, Floyd, and Najee replaced an old outside unit and refurbished the in-house unit to make it compatible. These men are knowledgeable, well-trained, skilled, trustworthy, and very pleasant to be around. We thank them all. We unreservedly recommend WGS.

Have dealt with the company on multiple occasions, whole system replacement to small jobs like thermostat upgrade and everything in between. Everyone from the owner, office, and the technicians are true professionals. This is the only company I will call for my HVAC related jobs in Hampton Roads. Awesome experience today. Air conditioner went out Memorial Day weekend and was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find anyone Called WGS and they sent Scott H. right away! Quick service and very very knowledgeable! Highly recommend and ask for Scott!

I called around noon today to request service for my AC and by 4:00 it was fixed. Great service and response time. Tony Montoya was the technician. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I will be a repeat customer, very satisfied. Thank you Tony.

We had Tony to perform maintenance on one of our HVAC units. We never enjoyed hot summer days on the second floor, but Tony discovered that the unit fan has 3 speeds and since he switched it the highest setting, the upstairs unit finally turns off even if outside are more than 90 degrees. Thank you.
