5 Star service from my initial call to diagnosis of my problem, even to listening to what I could contribute informational wise. Technician Dusty was very professional and down to earth. He worked his job until it was repaired and offered immediate and long term maintenance reliefs. Definitely will remain loyal to them. Extremely reasonable pricing. Thanks so much. Superb customer service. I called for a second opinion because the first company's "diagnosis" was "system at end of life" (12 yrs). White Goods set up a diagnostic service call, tech was there within an hour. Diagnosed a specific cause of decreased cooling capacity and remedied it within another hour. $400 repair instead of a $6000 replacement. We will probably need a newer system sometime, but not soon. These folks take great care and pride in their training and work. I will only use white Goods Services in the future for all our HVAC needs. My highest recommendation.

Very impressed by professionalism and craftsmanship of WGS techs Tony and Cody. They performed an excellent job diagnosing & replacing 23-year-old HVAC units. A real frustration of home ownership is dealing with companies that exhibit poor workmanship. This was not the case for WGS, in fact it was refreshing, they were very responsive, addressed all concerns / questions, provided clear communication throughout, and best of all performed excellent workmanship!

Words cannot adequately express how grateful my family is to the professionals at White Goods Services, Inc., for the stellar emergency services they recently provided my family. After hiring a company who failed to properly install a new Heating and AC system in our home, Rusty Myers and his team came to our home, on rather short notice, to correct the former company's mistakes. Realizing the temperatures were dropping and my family needed to have a functional heating unit for the winter months, Rusty made it a priority to get to our home to assess what needed to be done. His assessment and recommendations on how to move forward were spot on. As a result of his expertise, it was in our best interest to have the poorly-installed system removed and replaced. Rusty and his team not only installed a brand new Heating and AC system in our home, but did extensive duct work as well. Every member of the team was courteous and knowledgable. The installation experience was an extremely pleasant one. My family and I are singing the praises of White Goods Services, Inc. to all of our friends and family. As someone who honorably served in the United States Navy for 23 years, it is refreshing to know there are still professionals who take great pride in the proper execution of their jobs.

A superb job done by an extremely dedicated and professional company. We are extremely pleased with the work that White Goods Services did. Everything we discussed prior to the work starting was meticulously researched and detailed in a proposal. There were no surprises. White Goods Services respected our property beyond our expectations and cleaned up after the job was done. We wish we could give them more than 5-stars.

Rusty, the owner, is always quick to respond, eager to help and very pleasant to interact with. White Goods Services just replaced our entire AC system, they were on time, and did an amazing job. Rusty and Cody spent an entire day here working and they were extremely professional. Anthony, the QI guy, just came by to do a follow up check on the system and was also super friendly, and professional. Thanks to the entire team, we have our Central AC up and running and we will continue to use White Goods Services for all of our Heat and AC needs. We highly recommend them!!

The guys from WGS were fantastic. Always on time and very professional. They did an HVAC change out for me that three other companies had told me couldn't be done. Rusty looked at the issues and came up with a couple of alternatives that would work. He also was very accommodating to my concerns about some cosmetic issues, and found a work around that I was happy with. Robert and Cody handled the install, and they were great! They got the job done quickly and efficiently and left the work site clean. Highly recommended!!

Anthony was very nice and clean. He explained my HVAC System problem so that I could understand. Anthony is a Master of his craft. Very knowledgeable. They are very fast with answering your work order. I do recommend!!!
