I'm a first time home owner and after nearly a year of what felt like overly high electric bills and a constantly running heater or A/C, I decided to make an appointment with WGS for a check up. Scott came to my home and did a phenomenal job of explaining how each piece works and the steps that need to be done to keep my heating and air conditioning usage efficient and prolong the life of my equipment. From the moment I called to make the appointment to the time Scott left my house, the team at WGS provided fantastic communication and thorough explanations. They are trust worthy and fair. I won't call anyone else for my HVAC needs!

Tony was very courteous, kind and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and did his work very efficiently. Tony was great. My problem with this company is their charges. I think they are very expensive and I'm not really sure that the service was worth $500. There has been no difference in humidity and I still think $328 to squirt some cleaner on the coil and spray off with a hose is OUTRAGEOUS. Next time I will do it myself. I'm sorry if you don't like criticism but I assume you want the truth.

White Goods Services, Inc. saved me money and heartache. Purchased a HVAC unit (Carrier) 3 years ago from RS Andrews and the motor blower failed to work. RS Andrews wanted to charge me $456.00 in labor costs for a unit that had a parts warranty. Labor costs was so ridiculous I refuse to pay it; so I decided to go to an authorized Carrier dealer/contractor. Found White Goods Services and had a lengthy discussion with an HVAC agent. They were honest and very upfront with costs. Technician arrived same day with part in hand and installed the part in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and soooo helpful. Now I have heat and very satisfied. If in need of new HVAC system, recommend going to the manufacturer's website of the HVAC system of your choice and using an authorized dealer/contractor. You will save a lot of money in the long run.

Wow! What an amazing company! So professional and did an amazing installation! Cody and Tony were fantastic. It was a fantastic process from start to finish. Experts from start to finish! Called to get an estimate on a Thursday, Rusty came on a Friday and gave us and estimate and the following Tuesday we had a unit installed. Everyone was very courteous and knowledgeable with helpful suggestions and advice. They even vacuumed! The customer service is 5 star from the office to the field. I just cannot say enough good things about this company.

I would give these guys six stars, if I could. When something major breaks down, like an air conditioner, you want to be able to know that will be working with a company with integrity. Of course you want to get the proper replacement unit for your house, and for a fair price. Our house has two separate units and we chose WGS to replace one of the units about six years ago. We were so pleased with their service , when our other unit finally quit, we called WGS right away. They are prompt, Rusty explained the advantages and differences in each of the units without any pressure at all. They have really convenient financing. I chose the Unit that worked best for us and we were scheduled right away. They showed up on time, and proceeded to get air installed. They covered our carpet so they wouldn't track dirt in. I can really appreciate that. They worked until the job was done. They explained what they did, and how to work the new unit's thermostat and answered all my questions. The people in the office were super helpful. They texted me to make an appointment , followed up by texting when they were coming to the house. Always giving me the option to call someone direct, who actually answers their phone. Everyone of the workers that came to my house was on time, polite and respectful. I have NO complaints and I if I did, I have confidence that it would be handled professionally also. I will continue to recommend them, they are that good! Lisa Morrison

Fixed my hvac in one day after going back and forth with the home warrenty company for a month. The technician worked diligently and was very friendly. He fixed a bad wire and replaced my outside unit control board and installed my emergency heat that was never done when the unit was installed. Highly recommend these guys.

I was referred to White Goods Services (WGS) because they are a small independently owned LOCAL company. When I called to schedule an appt. I don't recall who I spoke with but was advised I would have someone come out within a given 2 hour window.
Rusty showed up at my door, identified himself and said he was here to look at my system. He presented himself in a clean and most curteous manner, and placed booties over his shoes each time he entered my home. That showed the company respects the customers home.
I just purchased my home and knew I had a few issues brewing with my system, but Rusty addressed each one individually, and did a FANTASTIC job! My system is placed in the kitchen pantry, as it's a condo so I had to become familiar with it as I need to clean the water flow on a regular basis, a system I had never seen before nor ever had to be responsible to clean. Not only did he fix the water leak, but also noticed that who ever installed it did a shoddy job. Wires were not connected properly, but most importantly the PVC tubing to flow the water had been improperly and poorly installed. Had there have been a clog; water would have gone all over my kitchen/living room. So he reconfigured the tubing, gave it the proper down hill flow and made it user friendly where the air filter can now easily be removed for replacement, no more leak, no worry about improper wire connections (or lack of connection) connected a safety switch for automatic shutoff and the PVC was placed against the wall and secured under the unit where it now all looks professionally installed.
I was concerned about having to install a new system, but Rusty was honest and told me no need. He discovered the system was 10 yrs old, and said if I mantained it, kept the filter clean and allowed proper air flow the system has lots of life left. Not all companies will tell you that, they would rather sell you a new one.
I had lots of questions as I was able to see what he was doing, and he delivered the answers! Rusty is the owner of White Goods, and honestly that was refreshing to see an owner doing work for customers. That alone in my opinion speaks volumes for a company.
They offer service plans which I could not purchase right at this moment but will do so later. I plan to stay with White Goods and when it's time to replace my heat/air/H20 heater it will be White Goods doing the installation.

I can't say enough good things about Russ and White Goods Services. I first called them to give me a quote to add an additional baseboard heater to my downstairs. After looking over the system Russ told me it wasn't needed and that just needed to put a door in the entrance to my FL room. (Which i was planning to do since the previous owners didn't do that.) He took the time to explain my combo tankless water heater and boiler system to me since I had never owned one. Well after a home warranty company didn't fix an issues with my system I didn't hesitate to call Russ. I honestly didn't price compare so I don't know where WGS falls on the price but after my first interaction with Russ I didn't care to call around because the quality of service cannot be matched. Russ is incredible and takes the time to explain everything to you so that you are an informed customer. He also took the time to give suggestions on how to make my system better in the future. Don't worry, this isn't a typical upsale, he was very clear to point out that it is just an option down the road if I choose to do and if not, not big deal. I really appreciate information like that and having someone take the time to teach me things so that I can troubleshoot on my own and take better care of the system. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Russ to anyone and I will absolutely call them in the future.

Well I've had to use WGS again and as always they did not disappoint. Tony came to replace the transformer in my system. After he fixed the problem I realized that it went bad because there was a crack in my heat exchanger that had caused water to get on the transformer. A week later he replaced my heat exchanger and did an awesome job. I can't express enough the high quality customer service and quality of work. This was the first time I've had someone other than Russ help me and it's clear that he teaches his values to his employees. They are on time, polite, easy to work with, and take the time to explain what they did and why. Won't hesitate to xalc again.

Employees delivered equipment early, got to work right away. Long day for Cody, but he was cheery and thorough all day. Great explanation on new touch thermostat. Answered a few other questions too. Wouldn't know anyone came by, neat and tidy. Replaced Carrier heat pump with a new one, because significant utility bill savings and comfortable air temps in house
