I've dealt with WGS several times now and each time has been great. The technicians are always super friendly. They always show up promptly, do a great job, and clean up after themselves. I just recently had a new HVAC system put in and it was fantastic. The owner, Rusty, came out to give me the estimate and made sure I was well informed about all of my options. The install took a little under 3 days. A few days afterwards Rusty came back through for a quality control check to make sure everything was perfect. Super happy with my dealings with WGS and they will continue to be my go-to from here on out.

White Goods is an excellent company that does great work. I had a problem with my thermostat causing it to not show the cooling option. Anthony, the tech, came in and immediately found what the problem was and showed me how to fix it. He was very professional and courteous. This is the second time that I have used the company and they satisfied me both times. I will continue using them for my AC and heating needs.

Beware of this company. They came out and looked at my HVAC because one room was not cooling appropriately while all the other rooms were cooling correctly. They stated it was the condenser that was not coming on and stated they fixed it and charged me for the repair. 2 to 4 days later same issue arises, they sent somebody back out and they made up a new reason stating that it was not enough airflow to the room. This time it was nothing to do with the condenser but they refused to acknowledge that they did not do the job appropriately the first time but yet they made up an issue and when I called him out on it Rusty stated it was both an airflow issue and a condenser issue even though for other rooms were cooling appropriately.I would not recommend this business
You did not fix the issue you stated the condenser was not coming on but the rest of the upstairs and down stairs was cooling fine it was just 1 room. You still have not explained why you charged me for something that did not get fixed your company did not do right by its customer nor can you explain. If a room over a garage is always hotter why not say that instead of charging for something that was not needed. As I stated above be cautious with this company

Floyd and his friend worked really hard to install my new boiler. They were replacing a system installed in 1962! They even had to fight off a crazy squirrel in the attic above my garage - but they finished the job on time and left no mess behind. I'm so very pleased. I highly recommend White Goods Services. Rusty was great in helping us decided on what system to buy.

I had my whole HVAC system replaced in a rental house I own. They gave me a great price. There were no ands or buts...no hidden up-charges or fees. I'm selling the house and the home inspector said "This is one of the best installations of an HVAC system I've seen in 30 years." This company is the kind of company you save the number in your phone. You don't find honesty, low prices and pride in service at too many places these days. Will be using WGS at my own home and refer to others.

We had a Bosch tankless gas heater installed in Oct 2019. White Goods Service technicians were efficient, professional and honest. Our questions were answered with patience and we felt no pressure to make a decision before we were fully educated on replacing our heating system. We were given a reliable timeline of the installation and Rusty and technicians were constantly updating us on the progress.
We love the new heater. Our 100 year old house radiators are throughly heated and produces surrounding warmth in all of the rooms.
The tankless unit takes up a minimum amount of space in our basement, leaving more room for storage. It is quiet and no heat escapes in the basement. Our faucets gets hot water quickly.
We knew we were on borrowed time with our older heating system because it was over 30 years old. However, since it was time to get a new heating system, we were glad we chose White Goods Service and we are completely satisfied their service.

Overall good experience with the team at White Goods. Contacted Rusty about getting an inspection on my HVAC indoor/outdoor unit after owning the house for a year. Scott came and checked out the setup. He found numerous discrepancies that I inherited from the previous homeowners. I ended up getting a new outdoor unit, heat element kit installed, and a couple other upgrades. Anthony came out to install the unit and perform the upgrades. After a couple days, I noticed the heat wasn't working properly and looked at my circuit breaker panel. The circuit breaker for the indoor heat element kept going off. After calling Rusty, I asked him if the current 30 AMP breaker being used was enough for the newly installed heat element. Rusty told me there would be a technician coming to fix the problem by the end of the day. Within 2 hours, Scott showed up to fix the problem by installing a 60 amp replacement circuit breaker. The 10 kW heat element was running at 39-42 amps so it was popping the 30 Amp breaker being used. This was overlooked during inspection and installation but White Goods was quick to fix the error and did not charge me thankfully. Also, Scott put in new insulation for the refrigerant line. Scott, Anthony and Rusty were all easy to work with. Scott and Anthony would explain what they were doing and answer any questions I had. I recommend this business.

I have a two zone Carrier system and after 15 years, the upstairs heat pump finally said adios. I contacted WGS and Rusty was able to come out the same day I called. He provided more than an estimate, he talked me through the entire system of the failed unit, as well as provided system details on my Carrier options. The day of install, Anthony, Duke and Robert showed up better than on time, they were early. They prepped the interior/stair case, provided updates, and post-install clean-up was impressive. I am completely satisfied with WGS and would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family. In fact, I'm so happy with WGS, I can't wait for the downstairs unit to fail!

I contacted White Goods at the recommendation of Carrier. Our unit was installed by another company 6 months ago but was not operating properly. Robert, Anthony and Rusty took care of several issues including an emergency visit. I sincerely believe these guys are not only knowledgeable, reasonable and great communicators, they actually care about their customers. My first call I reached Jennifer on a Saturday, she very patiently listened to me try to explain the issue. Robert came out that same day. They were at my home a total of 3 times. My air conditioner was not working and I called white good services. They where able to schedule to come to my house the very next day. Tony my service technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to fix my unit quickly and made sure my house was cooling before he left. Their cost for services was extremely reasonable.
