I've had two separate issues with my heat pump and outdoor unit. My technician was Scott both times. Not only was he very professional, but he was clean, informative, and the kind of guy you can trust with your home the moment you say "hello". My first issue was when our last snow storm hit, and although I was unable to leave the house because of the roads, he managed to get over to me in a haste. This last issue happened on Memorial Day, and although I'm sure the company was swamped with requests, he was able to come out the next day. Both of my issues were solved very quickly and at an awesome price. Whenever I spoke to the office staff, they were friendly and understanding. I recommend this company to everyone.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the recent replacement of our upstairs AC system. I was particularly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism exhibited by the folks at White Goods Services throughout the entire process. Rusty did an excellent job explaining what we really needed and why. He and his team then followed through with expert component integration with our existing system. It's a pleasure to see this level of craftsmanship still available to the residential customer.

White Goods Services of Va Beach installed a Complete heating and air condition system. Coty and his coworkers did an excellent job. Anthony and David followed up with inspection. They all were very nice, very honest and very informative. Thank you all for a job well done.

Just had my 1 year after install maintenance completed. Scott is a great technician who is professional and courteous. My Carrier system is running great and I'm so happy that I chose White Goods Services . I will never again purchase a different manufacturer's system!

I've been using Rusty for over 10 years. He's a very reliable, honest company. I wouldn't call another company because I trust he won't take advantage of me and always does a great job. Honesty is so hard to find when you are relaying on a company not to take advantage of you when you are at their mercy not to rip you off. I always call WGS for all my heating and cooling problems and have never been disappointed.

Finally, a company with integrity!! My husband and I began using WGS about a year ago and couldn’t be happier. When we call we are greeted with kindness. When a technician comes to our home they are professional and do what it takes to get the job done right. Rusty is a hard worker and a great leader. Scott and Tony are diligent and delightful. We won’t use any other company for our heating and coolinig needs. .Give them a call. You won’t be sorry!

The installation team (Robert and Cody) were professional, clean, and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure that all expectations were either met or exceeded.

I have a Carrier HVAC system installed from a previous owner in 2006 and it seems every other HVAC company is just not comfortable or familiar with it. I was having an issue with the outdoor compressor cutting in and out and therefore the temperature kept rising in the house during this hot weather. I called A couple Carrier contractors who could not fit me in for five days or so and when I called White Goods Services that afternoon, they scheduled a next morning appointment. Rusty Myers spent the time to really diagnose the problem and root cause and took his time testing to make sure exactly what was going on which happened to be a replacement fan motor that was undersized and would overheat on really hot days. I could not be happier with his service and knowledge and I will be using them again in the future.

Tony from White Goods just came by and gave my system a thorough inspection. He was here for hours to check my three systems and gave me a complete report. I really feel good going into winter knowing that my heat pump and electric heat systems are all in GRADE A condition.

Tony was polite, competent and ON-TIME. He was so neat you could not tell he was here. I followed all his recommendations. So, I am ready for the winter chill.

These are GREAT folks to deal with.
