We had a new unit put in 4 year's ago from another company. We noticed 3 years later my ceiling started showing water spots and it got worst as time went on. I called the one of the people who installed the unit and he said we need to rewrap all the the duck work and gave me a price. A month went by and one day I met Rusty Myers the owner WGS and we talked and it made since. I called his company a few days later and made an appointment and in a Tony Montoya and another service rep come out and spent about 2 hours in my attic and when they came down and Tony had fix. He gave me a couple of options and we went with replacing the outside unit and ALL new duct work for the same price the other company wanted to charge just for the rewrap! We are very happy with the job Tony & Cody did!

Both Rusty and Tony arrived at my house today to install a water line for a new refrigerator; took approx 2.5 hours, both individuals are true professionals and extremely courteous. They also willingly looked at a couple of side issues I had with some other equipment at no additional charge and corrected same. While some may complain about what are perceived as high charges, I say you get what you pay for with White Goods, great and timely service, they stand by the quality of their work and the folks ARE ALWAYS on time, courteous, true professionals and a pleasure to deal with. I had dealings with another major HVAC dealer in this area a few years ago and it was a complete disaster as the company was focused on sales and not service/support . White Goods has been a great company in my opinion thus the 5 stars.

Recommended. I contacted White Goods Services to obtain an estimate to replace heat pack that failed, and they came in significantly less than the competition, plus they offered a properly sized product that gave me better efficiency while avoiding the cost to upgrade the first floor duct work. Rusty is very knowledgeable and also was able to rearrange other schedules to get the unit in before the cold weather set in. He confirmed that the surge protectors installed on my other unit were not affected by a recall. He also advised me that the Federal Government had recently renewed tax credits for energy efficient central air conditioners (split and package systems) and had done this retroactively. White Goods is particular about their installations and conducts a separate quality assurance inspection independent of the actual installation to ensure that things are right. Rusty conducted the inspection personally. They then include the first year of service and maintenance at no additional cost. No issues noted or rework required.

This company gets an A+ from us. We used them in a rental property we manage and they did excellent work and were very professional. So when something went wrong with the heat and water heater at our house we called them. We are outside of their service area and had to pay a little more for travel;however, having great customer service, being thorough and professional, I would pay the out of area fee everytime! Highly recommend this company for any hvac needs!

Super Fast, super friendly, ac was up and going in a few hours, even with having to crawl under the house alot. Was patient with us while teaching us how to use the new thermostat, haven't had central air in over 10 year's. Did a beautiful job on the housing so we don't see the duct work. Overall very satisfied with this company, would definitely use again.

Called over the weekend for help with an AC unit. They weren’t available to come out that night, but he walked through the problem with me and in under 5 minutes diagnosed what was wrong and had me up and running - all at 6 pm on a Saturday! Great customer service and highly recommend - will return for all HVAC needs

My ac was not working properly. After calling around for prices on a diagnostic, Mr. Rusty called me back to make sure he didn't miss anything important (i had called twice as i had 2 different numbers and did not leave a message). What ultimately got me was not just the fact that Mr. Rusty was very personable but he tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone to possibly avoid anyone coming out. Who does that? White Goods Services thats who :). After realizing i needed a tech to come out, he told me i would get Cody L. the SAME day, not the next day or the next week, no the very same day within 2 hours or so of me calling. I received an email, a text message and a phone call from Cody telling me he was on his way. When he got here, he put on his little shoe protectors to walk into my house and spoke with me about my ac unit. He had me sign his tablet so he could start his job (much like when you go to the car dealership and you have to sign their papers to give them permission to work on your vehicle). He talked to me the whole time. He was very friendly, personable and informative. Once he figured out the problem, he spoke to me about it, told me what had to be done, quoted me the price for fixing it and gave me the option of getting it done or not. I wanted my ac to work so once again i signed his tablet to allow him to do the work. He was in and out of my house a couple of times to check on things and kept me up to date the whole time. Once he was done we talked a bit more and he even provided me with their maintenance brochure so that i can look into getting my ac serviced and maintained properly throughout the year. He answered absolutely every question i had and made sure that i was completely satisfied before even taking my payment (i have had some very pushy techs before and he was not like that at all). White Good Services is a really good fit for me. The owner Mr. Rusty as well as his tech Cody are very easy going and personable. If you are looking for great customer service and good work stop right here. It's 5 star service for sure. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you :)

We had a new air conditioning system installed by another company when it was 90-degrees and 90 percent humidity; the installment was a disaster. Not only did the system not work correctly the installer never finished the job.. We called Rusty at White Services to get some help. He not only fixed the issues caused by the other, he made it work better. He and his co-worker, Anthony, were extremely professional, courteous and helpful; they explained everything they were doing, gave us options before changing anything, and left us with a very comfortable feeling. We should have called them first. Next time we will.
