Ac went out. Called these guys up. Everything from setting up a time and scheduling to the actual inspection/assessment was perfect. Scheduling extremely convenient. Had Rusty come and he was able to give me the full scoop on my system. Learned a lot about the thermostat/furnace/fan/ductwork. I like doing home projects myself so Rusty spending the time to teach me was invaluable. From checking all the setting in the thermostat to checking all the wiring and testing the fan among other things I couldn’t be happier with how he and White Good Services handled my situation! Very honest. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

White Goods Services installed two new top-of-the line Carrier HVAC systems in our home (one up/one down) in November 2015. We picked WGS over 3 other firms largely on the basis of the owner's thoroughness in his inspection and review of our needs. We have not been disappointed -- Mr. Myers and his staff -- both the office staff and field technicians -- have been highly professional and competent -- just good people. We've lived in this house for 20+.years and had 4 or 5 HVAC service contractors over that period -- wish we'd found WGS 20 years ago!

We are current service plan patrons who had major duct/damper work done back in December 2019. Rusty and his team are very good at what they do. They are courteous, professional and to the point. Most HVAC services try and “nickel and dime” for everything and anything, but they will let you know what you need and what you don’t. Their is no need to call anybody else! Call “Rusty at W.G.S” and you won’t feel “stressed”!

Of course my AC decided to die during the hottest day of the year. I called Rusty Myers at WGS this morning and he immediately sent out a technician. Tony arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Very professional and courteous. Even wore a mask for COVID in 100 degree heat. I highly recommend this company.

First and foremost he has educated me on my system. No matter what he finds when he is checking out my system he takes time to help me understand what if anything needs attention and why. He is thorough in his recommendations: he first lets me know what he would do if it were his own system. If I can't afford whatever that is at the moment, he finds a solution that gets me through as long as he can until I can. When options are limited, I trust him to lay it all out for me so I can make the decision that suits my temperature needs as well as my financial needs. I find him to be trust worthy, respectful, and friendly! He is excited about his product and it has served us well. He has been servicing our heating and air conditioning needs for over 20 years. I simply wouldn't call anyone else.

I was immediately attracted to this business by their knowledge and professionalism, and am very glad I chose them for the installation of my new gas pack HVAC.
Najee and Floyd did a great job installing my unit and making certain that the system wasn't out of commission any longer than necessary on a 100+ degree summer day.
There was a small oversight that resulted in a screw in my tire, but WGS made certain that all was made right with that.
Long story short: I'd be happy to use WGS for any HVAC issues I have in the future.

Our problem is we are having a musty smell in some parts of the house, we called xxx company to do an inspection and did offer us a proposal on fixing the musty smell but we are quite skeptical about them so I called the WHITE GOODS SERVICES, they do FREE of charge inspection and surprisingly Mr. Rusty (THE OWNER/FOUNDER of WGS)did the whole house inspection and he have better solution on fixing our problem and offer us a greater deal than the other other company.
So we agreed and send his crew to our house ( Floyd, Najee, Scott and Duke) They were very courteous, friendly and quiet for the whole job which is the best for our newborn baby.
One thing I really appreciate them the most is the moment they stepped in in your house, they will wear a clean plastic thing on their shoes so they are not roaming around the house with dirty shoes.
After they install and fix everything, Mr. Rusty came in for a quality inspection of their job.
Overall, I really had a great experience with WGS and I would never call anyone with my HVAC problems except WGS only.
