Shawn did an excellent job fixing our AC unit. He did not stop when the first problem was fixed. Or the second. He worked until all rhe clogs were removed and then addressed the underlying problem. He is such an impressive young man we are going to ask for him to do all our work in the future.

Angela was so thorough and informative. I will always request her in the future. She took her time and built a rapport with me. She educated me on my system, and her service was top tier! Luke was amazing! Very informative, he too, took his time and actually took time build rapport with me as well. The experiences I've had with this company is one main reason I would recommend them to anyone!

Cheyenne Beasley was the best. Not only did she provide OJT to another associate, but she remained to work during a storm with rain coming down sideways. Unfortunately my system needs more work, but she did everything in her power to give me a good assessment.

I will give the salesman and techs attitude 5 stars, everything after that 1 star. The salesman leads you to believe that you won't be able to even tell that anyone has been in your home once they leave but that definitely isn't true. There are items that the salesman will tell you that they will be installing that they won't actually be installing. He will tell you that a vent pipe is not in code and has to be changed so they charge you for that item then it doesn't even get changed. The detail that the techs have with completing the job is not that great. The thermostat looks like it was dropped at some point, it has dents and scraps on the edges of it. They left dirty hand prints on the wall and chipped some of the drywall around the electrical panel. They left debris in the garage and driveway that I had to get up since there were screws in the driveway. They shimmed the pad under the outdoor unit then put shims under the unit. It definitely would have been better to just level the pad and then you wouldn't have to put additional shims in between the unit and pad. After they are finished they will show you some pictures very quickly and get you to sign you are happy about the install and not actually walk you around so you won't notice all these things until afterwards so I'm sure since the paper is signed they definitely won't attempt any resolution to all the issues. I'm very displeased to pay very top dollar for services I was told by the salesman to just not get all they they said I would get. So I would definitely avoid getting work done by them.

Contract maintenance for residential heating and A/C system. Felix was a consummate professional! He was prompt, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, very thorough and helpful. He explained all that he intended to do and why it was needed or important. He provided answers to any questions I had and reviewed any findings with me to make sure I had no concerns. He's an asset to this business for sure and a rarity in today's world!
