We have been customers for several years and have always been very happy with our service. Our upstairs unit was not working properly recently. The entire experience with One Hour was professional and pleasant from Laura, who scheduled our appointment to Luke B., the technician assigned to check out our unit. Luke explained things thoroughly, was very polite, was respectful, and very professional. We will definitely continue to use One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for our HVAC needs.

One guy came out for about SIX hours. Cleaned the drain line.452.90 By the next day I had vibrations from my inside unit. Two guys come; for EIGHT hours. They clean coils etc. One guy finally decides the coolant is low. Drains the coolant out completely and refills it. Additionally I buy his circuit card; whatever which totals me at 894.00. Two months later our outside unit has ice on it. Any Joe knows thats a coolant leak. One more guy comes out. Cleans ..AFTER I have "showed" him per their paperwork that its been done. He cleans some more. He is here about SIX hours 119.00. Tells there is a leak AND its going to get hot soon. I ask questions. He doesn't know BUT he DOES know they can come back out for a $1000 bucks! No solutions after $1465.90!

I don't know how this company has such positive reviews when their Yelp is littered with negative feedback. One Hour completely took advantage of my elderly parents. Installed an AC/Heating unit that hasn't worked correctly since it was installed in 2020. Beware these people are criminals. One Hour should be ashamed of themselves as a predatory company targeting an elderly veteran.

First, the customer service representative over the phone was extremely professional, keeping me posted of what I will be expecting and the whereabouts of the tech rep. Second, our tech rep Roy Marriner was impeccable. Highly recommended for his in-depth knowledge, constantly explaining his performance while conducting maintenance on my a/c, and always asked me if I had any questions. Overall, outstanding service, I would reach out again for any routine maintenance or issues.
Twice As Clean Pool
Our technician was fantastic he showed up early and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He also thoroughly explained what he did and why he did it as well as informed me of little very important things to keep an eye on in-between maintenance visits. We are very thankful for Nes being our technician and hope we will be fortunate enough to have him service our home again!

Thank you OHHAAC!!!! You all have managed to hire some awesome associates, however, Gary is what we call the cream of the crop. He investigate walks thru all the checks n balances and comes back with the highs and lows. He explains thoughtfully and simply whats wrong what need to be done throughout the process. You also have chosen one heck of a trainer he is thorough patient and passionate about what he does. Gary represents your commerical to a T. I am always pleased with your service and comfort club plan. When I call they come next day every time and the prices are honest.

Used the service for the first time. From scheduling till the end of service these guys are so professional. They explain the expected expenses even before they start working and they stick to it. We had Nate at our home today. Extremely professional, well mannered and knows his job. We will reach out to Nate and the company in case we have any future needs on HVAC.

My A/C would not cool the house. I called One Hour and they came out the same day. FOund the problem and had my unit replaced and cooling the next day.
