One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Hampton Roads

Brendan arrived on time, and was very friendly and professional. He immediately got to work on our air conditioning unit. It was for our spring check up. He cleaned the unit inside and out, and checked that it was working properly. Then Brendan moved to the heating unit. He found some problems there, that he was concerned about. He talked to me about what he found, explaining it all perfectly. I agreed that it needed repairing. He told me that he could go get the parts and install them that day. That's exactly what he did. I couldn't have been happier. Everything is working properly and safely. The best part was Brendan's work ethic. He didn't rush, he was genuinely concerned about our unit, he explained everything, and he wasn't acting like a sales person, pushing for us to have it fixed. He is an asset to One Hour Heating and Air.

Gary arrived early, performed the required work effectively and efficiently, and patiently talked me through the issue we were having and the options we had available to us. He is the best HVAC tech I have ever had an experience with. Highly recommended!

Jacob was very informative very helpful, did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. He was very friendly and very cool with my dog (even though she kept bothering him). He got the job done quick and was very thorough. Definitely recommend One Hour for anyone needing HVAC service.

Chris Randolph was our tech, he arrived on time. He was very professional in doing his job, he was friendly, courteous and answered our questions and concerns. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We hope that his employer recognize, appreciate and acknowledge what a great employee they have.

The tech who came out was great and fixed our issues. However they had us sign up for this comfort club yearly subscription to get a discount on the initial repair charges. After a year goes by, they're still charging me the additional membership fee. Kind of a sleezy tactic if you ask me. Had to call and cancel and they refused to refund me the additional months I paid unknowingly.
since I didn't call and cancel and give them two weeks notice. Needless to say, won't be using them again.

Seasonal AC system check- maintenance program.
Tech Jonathan D arrived on time, completed full system check, made on-site adjust/repairs. Provided excellent status brief on completion. Jonathan is technically competent, polite, responsive, & considerate. He’s a great new addition to 1Hour Service Team with Team MVP performance!

Josh was an amazing tech. He showed up very quick, he found out what was wrong quickly and he fixed it. Then he stayed to make sure everything was working right. I will definitely be using One Hour in the future! They got a repeat customer!

Jacob was informative, kind, and an all around professional. His trainee, Colin, was excellent as well. They had our system back up and running quickly on the hottest day of the year so far. They were able to get the warranty information on the part they replaced and saved us $250.
