Brendan arrived on time, and was very friendly and professional. He immediately got to work on our air conditioning unit. It was for our spring check up. He cleaned the unit inside and out, and checked that it was working properly. Then Brendan moved to the heating unit. He found some problems there, that he was concerned about. He talked to me about what he found, explaining it all perfectly. I agreed that it needed repairing. He told me that he could go get the parts and install them that day. That's exactly what he did. I couldn't have been happier. Everything is working properly and safely. The best part was Brendan's work ethic. He didn't rush, he was genuinely concerned about our unit, he explained everything, and he wasn't acting like a sales person, pushing for us to have it fixed. He is an asset to One Hour Heating and Air.

The tech who came out was great and fixed our issues. However they had us sign up for this comfort club yearly subscription to get a discount on the initial repair charges. After a year goes by, they're still charging me the additional membership fee. Kind of a sleezy tactic if you ask me. Had to call and cancel and they refused to refund me the additional months I paid unknowingly.
since I didn't call and cancel and give them two weeks notice. Needless to say, won't be using them again.

Josh was an amazing tech. He showed up very quick, he found out what was wrong quickly and he fixed it. Then he stayed to make sure everything was working right. I will definitely be using One Hour in the future! They got a repeat customer!
