Great service. AC died and a repair man was here to fix in under 24 hours! And he came 6 hours before I expected him. Matt checked the entire system to be sure the problem was resolved. Can't say enough good things about One Hour.

Overall One hour comfort and Paul were great! No pressure to sign up for the comfort club and multiple options for pricing and repair were presented for choice. Every step was explained and all test results were shown on the spot. I’ll happily use one hour from now on. I’m having them back tomorrow to quote me on a new system as well.

The technician Luke was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have in our home to repair our A/C issues. From the time I placed the initial call for repair, to the time of completion... I can honestly say that the experience was delightful! That is usually NOT the case these days... Angela was awesome! She came out and inspected our a/c and hvac unit. We are new to the area and this type of setup was completely new to us. She did a thorough inspection and showed us what needed to be replaced and why. She is super outgoing and I appreciate having her in our household. I look forward to asking her to come back for

Buyer beware! We thought there was a clog in the system. They told us there wasn't a clog, but that our system was very old and needed replaced. After the technician, they sent a salesman and manager who overstayed their welcome, and tried to sell us a $20k system for our 1,600 sq ft home. We tried to see if our home warrenty would be able to cover it, and they said go just get it done and send the home warranty the bill. We felt very uncomfortable with their aggressive sales tactics, so we got a second opinion. The second company very quickly found a clog and cleared it out, and did some additional maintance for the same cost as One Hour's diagnostic fee.
Long story short, beware. They would rather replace the system than repair it, and will bother you for hours so that they can tell you how amazing they are and how you need to buy a whole new system from them. If your salesmen have enough time to spend half of their day trying to sell you on $20k, that's a major red flag. We are so glad we got a second opinion. Stay away!

Posting on behalf of my parents who are seniors who do not have an account to post. If you hear the Miller's commercial about companies that "franchise you over"....it gives you an idea of what their experience was like.
Their experience was bad from the beginning. What was a system check turned into a $17k (after "discounts") install for a new heating/cooling system that was just barely over "basic" and included no new duct work or anything. Sales guy said they had 6 units in stock in the warehouse (this was 2:30 in the afternoon) and could install next morning. When my parents realized they were significantly overpaying and wanted to get some additional quotes, they called first thing in the morning to cancel and were told they couldn't cancel because the unit was ordered for them and once ordered couldn't be cancelled. Clearly if there were units in the warehouse this wasn't special ordered. Sales guy tried to say it was a misunderstanding and units weren't actually in the warehouse, which makes no sense if they were able to get the unit that quick to install first thing in the morning.
Either way - lesson learned. Feels like my parents were taken advantage of. I would caution everyone to take your time and compare service and pricing before committing. Also, make sure you take pictures of workmanship and how they leave your home and contact them immediately with issues. Would also suggest reading all the fine print on the contract, guarantees, and any requirements before signing anything. Don't assume anything as my parents naively did.

After my dog decided AC wires were a good snack, I made an emergency call to One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. John (“Notti”) came out the next morning (with his very nice apprentice) to assess and repair the damage. He was super nice and explained everything clearly. He fixed the AC unit within a couple of hours, and was the MVP of the week since my family came from out of town to visit that same night. We have since put a gate around our AC unit lol.
