Tony is a professional and provided expert advice and service. I only wish Andrew had actually done the job right when he was here yesterday and I would not have had to pay for something that should have been taken care of the first-time. I don't think I would recommend this company to anyone else! Thanks for costing me more than I should have paid if it was done right the first time.

AJ arrived early in the scheduled window and came ready to work. Very polite and professional, he spent a good two one half hours doing the Spring maintenance on our out door gas pack furnace / A/C unit. As always, a good experience with One Hour. If you go with another company, you are rolling the dice!

Brett was thorough and explained things as he proceeded. He offered services applicable to our system and did not “push” anything we didn’t think fit. Just what the situation called for.

Cheyenne was very professional. One of the first things she asked was wether or not the van would be in the way in the driveway. I liked that, she’s also very thorough and knowledgeable . Overall I had a great experience and got a membership because I’m hoping my next experience is just as good as this one.

Andrew was completely professional And personable, came in got straight to work, while making me feel comfortable with timely and appropriate “check ins”. When the option for an additional paid resource presented itself, he let me know but didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything. Highly recommend the fine people at one hour, especially Andrew

Colby was pleasant, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. At the end of his stay, he gave excellent advice as to what I needed and not needed to do concerning my HVAC system, which I greatly appreciated. In the past I have been advised to do expensive work when it wasn't truly necessary. I am pleased with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and especially pleased with Colby.

Josh was great!! He came to our home after an inspection by "Notti" and knowing we were in the field of replacing our HVAC....he didn't try to sell us on the "Best" but understood where we were as a military family and knowing this is not our forever home. However he answered ALL of our questions about every possible outcome! We feel secure in the investment we decided on and we'll determine the final outcome tomorrow!

We had an obsolete oil burner that was more expensive to fix than replace, so we looked for modern electrical heating. Of the three other places we went with, this was NOT the cheapest. However, the warranty, professionalism, financing options (best by far), and accessibility had my wife and I leaning towards their service. Highly recommended.

Very professional. On time. Cheyenne explained everything and what was the cause of my unit not working it was a simple fix. My experience with one hour heating and cooling has been very good since November 2022.
