    Chris and Connor just replaced our leaking water heater, and did a fantastic job. Same day thing, they were able to get here before the allotted window, super fast, professional, and incredibly courteous. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!

    Took a chance by calling Guy Smith instead of other referrals. So fortunate that Philip was my professional Service Representative. Once he checked my AC unit, of course he told me news I didn't want to hear, but I felt he was honest in his evaluation as he listened to my explanation of how other technicians had solved my problems over the years. I feel that replacing my unit is the best decision. Thank you Philip.

    Omg KEVIN WAS SO AMAZING !!! I had at 5-7pm appointment the same day as call, Kevin called me at 2pm and arrived so kind and professional and KNEW HIS JOB solved my issues and didn’t want to leave until he the job was COMPLETED CORRECTLY!!!!     Kevin came out to fix our ac. He let us know when he’d arrive and arrived on time. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem and fix it. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend

    **PLEASE GET A SECOND LOOK** not only do they charge almost $90 to look at the "problem" ..he mentioned the cooling system had to be replaced completely, and the replacement/fix was around 10k-15k.... this didn't sit right with me.... I had another company take a look, and they fixed the coolant for less than $300 !! They also mentioned that the replacement does not cost 10-15k‼️‼️ PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GET A SECOND LOOK ‼️‼️‼️ SUCH A SCAM

    It all started with a clogged drain line…. I called another company, they came out 4 days later to clear the drain. Luckily this was when we had some cooler temps. I was told the 15 year old unit looked great and we had plenty of time left on it. The next time we ran the unit buckets of water was coming from our back up drain, the drain pan was full of water, and we noticed water spots on our ceiling under the unit in the attic. I called the company that serviced it on a Sunday and they said they couldn’t come until Tuesday, that was not ok with me.

    I contacted Guy Smith Heating and Cooling via their website on that Sunday afternoon, hoping for an appointment Monday morning. Katelyn called me within the hour to get more info. She explained that the situation was not good and she said “I think I can help you”, those were the words I needed to hear in that moment. She gathered some info, put me on a brief hold, and came back to say “my tech will be there in 25 minutes.” Amazing customer service on her part! She put me at ease even with a full blown leaking unit and a 4 year old begging for my attention during the call.

    Kevin arrives, asks a few questions, explains everything and starts to blow out the drain line (you know the one that was already cleared). This time he didn’t stop until he got it cleared, he was adamant that it wasn’t cleared. He tried again and sure enough a ton of rust came blowing back up the drain pipe all over the unit.

    After further inspection and showing us pictures, he noted that the unit was rusting apart. Fixing it would only delay the inevitable replacement. So we started the quote process right there at my kitchen table. He outlined all the options for replacement, explained payment options, scheduling, maintenance, etc. There wasn’t a question I had that he didn’t answer. We ended up purchasing a new unit to replace the one that the other company said was “doing fine.”

    The install guys arrived on Friday morning as scheduled. They were professional, clean, personable, prompt, informative, helpful, and every other positive descriptor you could use. They even covered our floors and steps with a canvas type fabric to ensure the amount of dirt tracked through the house was minimal. They were here all day but had little impact on my ability to continue to work from home.

    I HIGHLY recommend Guy Smith Heating and Cooling for ANY HVAC need you should have!

    Previous work seemed to be good. The last visit was just a little concerning. He was under the building for 20 minutes. Then the technician sat outside in his truck for 75 minutes after the visit. It made me suspect the charge we received was related to the amount of time spent on site.

    I have called in a few different people to look at my system and I always get the same response that it’s fine and they don’t see any issues (most companies don’t care about the client or the issues at hand) my system was louder then any other in the neighborhood but they kept telling me it’s fine and some systems are just louder then others - and when I reached out to GuySmith they set me up with a routine maintenance schedule which has helped a lot! Im leaving this review for Phillip McIntosh because he was the first person who could give me any solid information on my system and he was very knowledgeable and professional. My system is now clean and running quietly! Would recommend!

    Employed the plumbing techs and was completely satisfied. Mr. Chris and Conner were respectful to our needs and sought to understand our concerns. They ask questions and listen for clarification. Once they understood, they gave us an estimate which was well withing our budget and then adjusted the estimated based upon a change that took place during the repairs. As first-time customer, I will be employing their services for routine maintenance. Satisfied.
