We have their maintenance plan. They are superb. I ran a/c&r at Avondale / Ingalls Shipbuilding for 16 years: I watch these guys; they are superb. None finer.

Was very knowledgable about oil furnaces and explained in detail thru the process exactly what should happen and professionally cleaned my system, I cannot express how pleased I was with him, I have requested him as my tech for further maintenance issues. Made an appointment to assess a non working heating unit. David showed up on time, called first, and conducted his business in a professional manner. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing and what components that he was looking at and testing. Then told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair. I would recommend that others use, and I would not hesitate to call them in the future!

We had to replace our 17 year old HVAC system and Guy Smith made what we thought was going to be a nightmare into a no big deal easy process! We had several companies quote the job but we selected Guy Smith because of their price and professional quote, also we felt that their warranty demonstrated that they stood behind their work and products more than the other guys did.
