    The initial tech that came to troubleshoot our HVAC was great, work was fine, the new AC unit works great but I was not a fan of the Lead Tech that came to do the install. The Lead Tech needs customer service training. I work in the service industry and I understand how it should work. We had an issue with insulation pieces coming out of all of the vents in our house when they turned on the new unit and, when addressing the Lead Tech with the issue, the response was "Thats never happened before"....no empathy, no offer for a solution, just excuses and denial that it was from them ("It must have already been in the ducts" - we JUST had our ducts cleaned 2-3 months ago, it was definitely not already in there). I had to tell him how the situation could be rectified (I asked for a discount that was equivalent to getting our house professionally cleaned/wiped down) - a customer should never have to tell a company how to fix an issue unless they are asked "What can I do to make this right?" which was definitely not asked to us. My husband is not the easiest person to deal with but this Lead Tech did not handle his responses well and was unprofessional. He also told us we had to untape our vents because it would void the warranty on the units - we did as requested but I called the manufacturer (the Rep had never heard of that being an issue but couldn't officially tell me it wouldn't void it since it was up to the dealer to decide that). If you are able to close vents, why would sealing them off be any different? I'm pretty sure the guy was just being a jerk because he didn't like dealing with us at that point. I also had to point out pieces of insulation they left in our yard and they did not clean up our attic as they said they had. I will not be calling this company back just based on the terrible customer service by the Lead Tech.

    Realized this afternoon that my AC wasn't just not able to keep up with the heat outside, but had stopped kicking on at all. Then realized home warranty expired a little more than 12 hours ago. Called around and was told they could have someone to my house within an hour. David showed up, I explained what happened- immediately located the bad capacitor and replaced. My AC was back up and running less than 2 hours from when I noticed the problem- nearly a miracle in this heat wave. Very pleased and very grateful for the help!

    Kevin was amazing he showed up early an didn't try an over charge me or sell me a new A/C he walked up thru step by step what he was doing and how to stay on top of the problem with the drip tray. I signed up for the maintenance plan to save on every time this happens. Definitely worth the money!
