Guy Smith has been servicing my heating and air conditioning for many years and I can honestly say without a doubt that their timeliness and service is second to none. Their personnel are polite and very professional in their work and dealings with customers. Today was no exception as the technician was on time and completed repairs to my system. My a/c system needed to be replaced. I called an air conditioner company (I won’t name) & knew I was not going to use them based on the unprofessional tech & trainee that came out. The invoice they had sent the next day via email was 4 lines long asking for a ridiculous amount of money. I was worried because the weather is getting warmer. I was referred to Guy Smith by my daughter’s handyman.I called Guy Smith & they sent Phil out to me the same day within 2 hrs. Phil was professional & thorough. He made sure I had a clear understanding of the entire process & he followed up immediately in writing (with photos) via email of everything discussed. The installation techs came the next day & installed my new system. Joshua & Jarrod did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, & cleaned up behind themselves too. I am pleased that I chose this company & would definitely recommend them to friends & family. Thanks for taking care of our home.

We use Guy Smith for all of our HVAC needs. Joey did our annual maintenance in September and recommended we install an air scrubber. We finally scheduled to have it done, and Joey came back for that job as well. He is friendly and professional and takes the time to explain everything. Pricing was exactly what we were quoted in September. We couldn't be happier with Guy Smith.
