Air Treatment Company

My review of Air Treatment should be a comparison to other HVAC companies I have had service my two condos. Both of the other companies push hard to have me replace my aging HVAC unit. In comparison Air Treatment advised me that eventually I would have to replace the unit because the freon would no longer be available. No pressure just advice. I recently replaced the HVAC unit, and they did a great job.

We have been utilizing Air Treatment for many years. They are especially responsive and helpful when we call in for bi-annual maintenance or an emergency. They also are helpful when scheduling around Covid concerns and their technicians ALWAYS wear masks and cover their shoes. I would like to specifically mention Justin as he is ALWAYS helpful and when there is a complicated issue to be identified and resolved, he is the guy who literally gets it fixed. He explains exactly what is going on (in layman understandable terms) for us to decide how to move forward. The only delay may be getting parts on occasion. Justin is an exemplary member of the Air Treatment team and we appreciate the time and consideration he gives us! Air Treatment is a very professional outfit!

The technician, “D,” was on time and exceptionally professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the air-conditioning system promptly. But he went beyond that and checked the whole system to ensure there were no other system problems.

The technician’s explanations were clear.

After they denied to replace our failed unit, Air Treatment Company was able to provide us a great price with quick installation. Tech Cameron was kind and efficient. We would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services in NOVA.

We had Air Treatment install an air conditioner unit for us several years ago and the whole experience was so positive that we have continued with them on yearly contracts for a/c and heating maintenance. Everyone at the company has been a pleasure to work with and we really feel like they are taking care of our units when they come out for seasonal maintenance. On the rare occasion that we need a service the whole experience was excellent. For the install the price was right around our other 2 estimates but we feel that the entire staff at Air Treatment puts them above other companies. Great company that we have recommended to others and continue to highly recommend!

Chris, from Air Treatment provided maintenance services on our heating systems recently and we were very pleased with his service.
First, he patiently explained to us what he was doing when we asked and let us know if there was any issues, which there were none.
Second, his service was quickly accomplished and thoroughly executed.
Lastly, he was very mindful of keeping the house clean, as he picked up any debris that was created.
We would like to use him again!

Justin is always very professional and respectful of property. He does a great job explaining what he finds during the inspection. We like having the peace of mind that everything is in working order. Working with Air Treatment Co. is a pleasure.

Recently had the AC checked prior to summer weather. The young man who came was on time and very polite. Air Treatment seems to take pride in the service they provide, unlike some companies I've used in the past. I will be using Air Treatment for checkups and any maintenance in the future!

Installation of HVAC, water heater and humidifier took about 10 hours. The technicians were polite, worked efficiently and neatly, and we love the new Carrier system.

I want to thank Air Treatment Company employees, and especially Phil Oliver, company consultant, for the advice, services, and equipment they provided. On November 20, the Air Treatment Company installed two new furnaces and two air conditioners in our home in just 8 hours. All the work was completed on schedule. All the units continue to perform well.

Working with Mr. Oliver and other company employees was such a good experience that my wife and I want to acknowledge it in writing. We would recommend this company to family and friends.

From start to finish virtually everything went smoothly. When we telephoned the company to request a free proposal, the person who answered the phone was polite and responsive. Within 24 hours, Mr. Oliver came out to assess our old system and propose a range of replacements.

Mr. Oliver was professional in every respect. After inspecting the existing system, he described to us a range of options ranging from installing lesser-cost units to more expensive ones. Within a few days, he emailed us a number of proposals that were extremely detailed with respect to equipment and labor costs. When we suggested changes, he revised the proposals over the course of three visits to our home. He did not pressure us into a decision with regard to time or product.

Mr. Oliver was knowledgeable about the technology. Likewise, he was aware of reviews that consumers had made about the units we were considering purchasing. In the end, his proposal was lower in cost than any of the 5 companies that we contacted.

When work started, company installers arrived on time and laid down cloths to minimize the spread of dust and dirt during the disassembly and removal of our old units located in the attic, basement, and deck. Air Treatment Company installers were polite, courteous, and attentive to our wishes. On completion of the job, they cleaned the work site to our satisfaction. When we phoned the company requesting that something be adjusted the next day, a company employee was dispatched to our home within the hour. and the units are working well.

As educated consumers, we value honest, frank, and detailed discussions regarding equipment performance and costs. And we value quality work and dependability. Our experience with Air Treatment Company has provided all that.
