A tech came out to diagnose why the furnace wasn’t kicking on in my small business. Even though access was essentially non-existent, he did manage to find a way to begin to diagnose my issue. He was extremely polite and helpful when explaining everything to me, and they did not charge for the visit since he couldn’t actually work on the unit or make a full diagnosis. Overall I am very pleased with how ATC handled the situation. I would (and will) definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I have used Air Treatment since 1974. They have replaced at least twice my furnace, air conditioner and water heater. They have quality and caring technicians. I totally trust them. I
must have the best A/C and get the lowest temperature possible because of my medical condition. They have always provided this. Today they checked out a whiff of gas that I have smelled. They tried everything to detect it and then suggested I call the gas company just to be sure everything is OK outside. They assured me that there are built in safety systems in the equipment.

Air Treatment installed a new Heat Pump for my house. I am very satisfied with the installation and service. Justin did a good job explaining what needs to be done and provided a reasonable estimate. Once I accept the proposal, they were able to install it next day. The technicians were careful and paid great attention to details. They have done a great with the installation. The new unit is working great.

I’ve used Air Treatment for years. They have always been professional and responsive. They have helped me find low-cost solutions to my HVAC problems. Helping me nurse along an older unit giving me ample time to prepare for what would inevitably be a replacement. We just replaced the unit and they helped me find an affordable option for my needs. All employees that I have encountered have been kind courteous and professional.

Since moving to the area, we asked friends who they used for HVAC service. Air Treatment Company came and serviced our HVAC after moving to the area the year before, and again this year. Their positive, proactive service caught an issue that could have become a big issue. We did have an unexpected issue where the AC quit working and we had company coming. They were very responsive and came right out to assess the problem and took care of it for us. They told us up front what the cost would be and came out to fix it before our company arrived. We highly recommend them. Their service was impeccable. They were professional, yet personable.

I recently used Air Treatment Company for replacing my HVAC. The staff is very responsive and took good care of the queries that I had. Dan, the owner of the company is a great person to deal with. The job was very professionally done .... nice clean work. They guys knew their work. They also provide really good deal vis a vis the guarantee for labor work and applying for all manufacturer warrantee themselves. So a care free experience for the buyer. One thing they can improve upon is that installation staff could be more courteous. Overall, I would highly recommend using them.

This was the first visit by Air Treatment Company, Trevor the technician was very professional and courteous. He did not try to sell additional equipment or services just like the predecessor company did all the tima, I appreciated this behavior.

The technicians from Air Treatment company have always been polite and knowledgeable. They answer questions and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Always show up within the time band states and call 20-30 minutes out. When our AC went out during a heat wave they got a technician to us that morning and he had us up and running within an hour. Can’t beat good customer service.

As customers of Air Treatment Company, my wife Sue and I (Ron) are highly impressed with their exemplary friendliness, responsiveness, rock-solid integrity, professionalism--- and we have a strong sense that this company and its staff genuinely care about us as individuals. Air Treatment Company's specialist Mike visited our home yesterday-- providing excellent service and took the time to explain everything in easily understandable terms. He even provided excellent recommendations for the future and ideas for maximizing our air quality.
