I’ve used Air Treatment for years, and I’ve really come to appreciate their helpfulness and I’ve got great respect for their knowledge and expertise about air conditioning and heating units. I’ve known Dee for years, and he’s just terrific. Thank you for your service.

Ted and Andre were on time, friendly and professional as they installed an air transfer, ducts, and a new filter system to make our home more efficient. We appreciated hearing them working together cheerfully, reply that they didn't need a thing when we asked and not balking at the job. I would feel very comfortable referring them for both routine maintenance and special work.

Courteous initial response, checking basic questions to eliminate needless service call. When Ben arrived, he identified the issue quickly and initiated repair and checked the system and made recommended maintenance considerations but not pushy.

We have never had such an amazing customer service experience as we had with this company! Mike installed an air purifier, humidifier and hot water mixer two years ago. When we had issues with the humidifier last year, the company owner himself contacted us and extended our warranty.
When Mike came this year for air treatment and humidifier maintenance, he took the time to thoroughly check the systems. Then he came back and replaced the piece of a pipe that was leaking for no charge, even though the pipe was installed by the builder. Amazing service!

We've used Air Treatment for 20 years. When our AC and heating systems needed to be replaced, they came out quickly and did the job professionally. We will stay with Air Treatment.

On a sweltering summer day, one of our maintained units stopped working. Air treatment was very responsive and sent a repairman the next day. Technician McMillen, after professionally inspecting, discovered what had been previously missed! By taking the time to listen to our described issue and then considering the circumstances before him, he detected a misalignment in the pipe which was essentially the source of the reoccurring water blockage. This problem was never revealed before! By correcting this issue, the pipe was finally able to lie flat which facilitated the proper drainage that it needed!

The Air Treatment Co. replaced an indoor air-conditioning coil in my HVAC system which was installed in 2013. Two technicians from
ATC spent almost 10 hours completing the job. They were very
professional and replaced not only the coil but thoroughly re-constructed the duct work around it. After completing the job, they
carefully tested the system to ensure there were no leaks. I would
highly recommend using the ATC staff for future services.

Philip and the team at Air Treatment were fantastic. They showed up on time, completed the work as described, were extremely professional, and remarkably responsive.

This was Dee's second visit. He was professional, prompt and thorough even though this was a routine maintenance visit. He and other Air Treatment techs always put the customer first.
