Air Treatment Company has provided superior service to my family for about 20 years at both our current and former home. The service people are courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and ensure the best quality of work. Office staff is always helpful and responsive, and when we did have a problem, everyone--including technicians, managers and owners--worked together to provide a very satisfactory resolution. We are happy and loyal customers.

I’m a happy and longtime customer. Air Treatment Company probably isn’t the cheapest option out there, but it’s worth it to pay extra for quality. The workers are consistently knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It’s clear they are happy in their jobs and they convey a sense of care about their customers. Also, it’s nice to support a small, local business.

We have had out Carrier Infinity system for about a month.
We spent a lot of time researching our furnace replacement and talking to contractors to do the work. From our initial contact, Air Treatment Company stood out. They made sure we were purchasing the best system for our home and as important, we were not purchasing anything that was not appropriate.

Out installation was complicated by the need to coordinate with the chimney contractor working on the fireplace and installing flue liners. ATC was highly responsive and communicated well both with us and the other contractor.

Air Treatment Company provided us with excellent value and they were responsive flexible to meet our our needs.

We are a longtime Air Treatment Co. customer (Platinum Plan annual contract) and have always appreciated the professionalism and proactive maintenance. This morning (25 degrees outside) our upper level Carrier unit shut down and with the outage the interior temperature also began to drop. Fortunately, the staff at Air Treatment were able to get us on the (packed) schedule for emergency service and the expert technician was able to fix the unit this evening. Thank you!

Thank you Air Treatment Co (Ben, Ted, Andre, Dee, Matt) for your fantastic service-we used another co to repair/replace our Heat pump 4 years ago and did not want to use them again (different story for another time). So I did some research and saw that you were local and had many good reviews. So my wife called Air Treatment and they arrived within hours, for a service call- when our second system failed, a gas furnace. As this system is now 29 years old, Ben suggested that we replace the system and offered two options- a partial repair or a total system replacement which carried a higher warranty. We agreed for a total replacement and our system was replaced in just two days. When we had a service issue with our older system, Dee and Matt came out and got us up and running, at no extra cost-even though they did not install this system 4 years ago. Each time the technicians arrived they were polite, courteous, and showed up on time.

I am a small business owner myself, and value service. I can report that Air Treatment offers added value which is the best combination of price plus service. Thank you Air Treatment for taking care of us and we look forward to referring folks to you in the future.
