I had to find another HVAC service company a year ago because my servicing company closed down due to Covid. My plumber suggested having Air Treatment do my services . I am happy to say that it was a great decision to do so. Everyone at the company is polite and extremely knowledgeable! I have to give a shout out to Mike , my technician who took time to explain to me the issue with my unit and the options for repairs or future replacement of the unit.

We were very pleased with Air Treatment Company. Their sales team was well-informed and helpful and made no attempts to "upsell." The installer guys came at the appointed time right on the nose, and worked meticulously for most of the day to install our HVAC system. They were super neat, professional and helpful during the wrap-up. I would heartily endorse Air Treatment Co. for anyone looking at a new HVAC system.

Fantastic from the initial consultation through the first rate HVAC installation. My situation was a little more complicated, but the technicians handled it so well. Overall customer service was excellent. Highly recommended

Very happy with Air Treatment and the entire team. This is the second time using this company and we will absolutely use again (although hopefully not anytime soon!) We recently needed them for two difficult ductwork problems in an older home in Fairfax. Not only did they tackle both issues but they were responsive and offered options along the way. We had tried working with NUMEROUS HVAC companies before this with many showing up to provide no estimate, a ridiculous estimate, no follow thru or solutions that required thousands of unecessary dollars. Phil and team, tackled a complicated replacement of decades old ductwork in the basement, beneath the house and recently the attic. They took on a project with little concern that we had been told by dozens of other companies, was impossible, required construction, or needed an entirely new system. We found the team to be not only honest, but reasonably priced, responsive and professional. They showed up when they promised, completed the work above standard and were clean and courteous while onsite. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

I was fed up with my previous HVAC company because of their constant upselling. One of my A/C units wasn’t cooling this week and I couldn’t bear the pushy sales tactics, so I called Air Treatment.

I called yesterday and they were able to come out first thing this morning. Ben was my service technician and he was phenomenal. He diagnosed two issues, fixed them, and had my A/C running within an hour. He also went above and beyond in cleaning my second unit.

There was zero talk of how soon my units will need to be replaced, how I need to upgrade my filtration system, etc. I felt like Ben treated my units as they were his own. I’m so relieved to have a trustworthy and competent company and technician to rely on my for future HVAC needs!!

I can not say enough good things about the customer service I have received from Chris H. and the company. Our A/C unit broke the Friday before the 4th of July weekend, and the company sent Chris H. to our home within 20mins of our initial call. After it was determined the A/C was not fixable, Chris H. gave me a proposal for a new unit and answered many of my initial questions with ease. Of course we had to think about it so he left, but after he left I had lots more questions which he answered immediately by text even into the holiday weekend! I am so grateful for their immediate attention to our situation and Chris’ willingness to make sure we were confident with our purchase. He was very knowledgeable about all products available and gave me candid advice about where and where not to spend money based on the type of home we have. I can’t say anything about the quality of the products, as they are yet to be installed, but based on my initial interactions with the company I have no doubts they will quickly help me if anything goes wrong. ALSO, they are coming out on the 4th of July to install the new unit! So impressed with their dedication to helping their customers even on a holiday!

Air Treatment came to service a furnace they installed five years ago and one year out of warranty. Nonetheless, they did not charge for the visit or the labor. The technician was professional, good sense of humor and, best of all, he arrived on the day I called, in a few hours. This kind of service is very rare these days. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

I called Air Treatment around noon on a Wednesday, and within an hour a technician was pulling into my driveway. My tech was Steve and he was extremely helpful, polite and professional and was able to get out AC problem fixed in about an hour. They've got my business from now on.

Our tech came quickly; his office apprised us of his status via phone; he not only fixed the problem but provided us with good advice on our long-term maintenance and support needs.
