Hans and his team, Ivan and Adam, were fantastic. They installed a new air handler and heat pump and were very thorough and professional. Hans patiently helped us set up the remote thermostat controls on our phones and explained everything we needed to know about the new system. Highly recommended!

Have been on their maintainence program for several years; they kept our very old AC unit going for while. Just replaced with all new HVAC and AC unit. Great job with technicians Gu and Ivan; very thorough to get everything right. Ivan came back the next day to check on minor adjustment that my husband requested. All is well and we were impressed with the very quality products - a grand Carrier that works well on even the upper levels of our townhome.

Had a burning smell come through our unit. Juan came through and thoroughly checked our issues to get to the bottom of the problem and when he was done walked me through the small "what to do" in case we ever have a problem in the future. Really appreciate his time and consideration.

Our service man, Adam, arrived promptly at the expected time. He got right to work checking both the indoor and outdoor equipment and also the water heater . He was pleasant and business like. We are very satisfied .

Peter was here today. He explained everything that needed to be done clearly. He worked quickly and quietly and did everything that we asked of him. He did a great job, hope he comes back next time for our regular maintenance.

My furnace broke down on Christmas Day. Next morning I frantically made several calls; only one picked up the phone, B&B Air Conditioning & Heating. In the same afternoon Peter and Hans showed up to identify problems, and the next day Gu Kim came with the blower motor to finish the job. All three are friendly, efficient and trustworthy. I ended up buying an one-year service contract.
