The incredibly fast response rate by their team was truly impressive, as the technician, Geoff, arrived within an hour of my initial call, ready to assess and address the issue. I was impressed by the level of expertise and knowledge that Geoff exhibited, quickly identifying the problem and providing a detailed quote for the replacement of my water heater.

The following day, Geoff and Rafiel arrived as scheduled and began the installation of the new water heater. The entire process was completed with precision and accuracy, and I was provided with a thorough explanation of the new water heater, along with hands-on training on the maintenance of the unit. The cleanup was beyond satisfactory, and apart from a brand new water heater, no trace of their work was apparent.

I had a water heater replaced and a softening unit installed. They were great at price matching! They arrived on time, were very professional! Cleaned up and made a follow up call to make sure everything was working as it should have been. I definitely would recommend this company again.

Jeff was the best! He explained why they did not work on my type of heat pump and offered to speak with the homeowners insurance to ensure the right contractors are sent out. Then, he went out of his way to install my new washer. It was the end of his workday, but he did it anyway. Totally professional and good natured individual. This place is a scam. Plumber came in to fix a leak in our dinning room went up to the bathroom looked at the tub said it needed to be replaced and now they refuse to come back to fix the pipes unless we pay them to replace the the bathtub. They also cause damage to our property they they also refuse to fix!! Thankfully american homeshield was able to send us another company.

Nutech installed our water heater. They did a very good job. They were right on schedule. Technician were polite and courteous. I will use them again or refer them to someone else.

Had a water heater installed by NUTECH. Same day installation! Techs were professional, laid tarps over carpet for foot traffic while working and installation of water heater looks amazing. Daniel was easy to talk to and made sure to answer all my questions. Highly recommend.

Had such a great experience with Nutech!

I had one of those fancy google thermostats installed in my townhome and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of installation. The tech was very informative, clean wearing shoe coverings.. (A MUST!! 🤣) and to top it all off they explained to me exactly how to use this new device. The tech offered to clean my coils and service my a/c unit and that will be next on the list 100%

I had a leak under my sink. My home warranty put me in touch with Nu Tech and, thankfully, Jose was sent to my home to repair my pipes. He came within the given time frame, kindly kept a clean space while accessing and repairing the pipe, patiently educated us on the service that was needed, and got the work done in one evening. I would recommend Jose. He provides great service and his knowledge as a master plumber in evident in the work he does.
