We recently encountered an issue with our rented house and faced difficulties with our landlord. He even went the extra mile by contacting our landlord and providing us with a detailed report. Our HVAC heating went offline. I had no idea what happened. I called TEK7 for help. Kim answered and promised to be at my home in 2 hours. It was a last minute request and heade it here in just under 2 hours.

He's a warm guy and very clear in his communication. He was teaching and explaining as he was working on my systems. He made minor improvements as we went and resolved the central issue in minutes, rewired my Nest system after making the improvements to my wiring.

He was in and out in an hour. The final cost was reasonable, competitively lower than other servicers.

Great service. Our capacitor went out and Kim replaced it immediately and cleaned both of our units. Highly recommended.
