TEK7 Heating & Air Conditioning

TEK7 has repaired our AC for a few years now. Very reasonable rates, trusted service and they warranty their work. We have an older home and TEK7 never tries to upsell but rather are honest and provides options. Quality replacement parts and timely responses. Highly recommend TEK7 over anyone.

Kim has helped us several times with both AC and electrical issues, and he has always been incredibly responsive and reliable. Kim came out the same Saturday morning I called, diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes, and fixed it within half an hour. Also gave me an impartial assessment of an issue with my humidifier, and recommended that I ask the company that installed it to come fix the problem free of charge. He struck me as genuine, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I'll call him next time I have an issue with my HVAC.

Kim was absolutely fantastic! Our ac stopped working in the morning of a day that was supposed to be pretty hot. He was able to come out within an hour which was amazing in itself. He diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me every little thing he was doing and explained it as well. He gave me a fair price, replaced the part on the spot and waived the diagnostic fee. Kim Lin at @Tek7 was absolutely wonderful. He went out of his way to come to my house after his last call around 8 PM to fix my HVAC. Not only that but he knew exactly what was wrong, had the part on his truck. replaced the part on the spot and knew exactly how to deal with reimbursement through the Home Warranty company that I have. Our air conditioning stopped working yesterday and was pretty worried I wouldn’t get it fixed in a timely fashion at 38 weeks pregnant! After submitting a request for service late in the evening, Kim called me promptly the next day, came to my house at the scheduled time (surprisingly hard to find), and resolved the issue in a fair and effective way. Would definitely recommend this company!!
