The technician Kim Lim, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to diagnose and fix a wiring problem in my HVAC. So not only do I have AC for the summer but now my backup electric heat will work in the winter. Last winter the HVAC was using the heat-pump alone.

Kim is very responsive and professional. He determined the problem with my AC and was able to explain what would and wouldn't be covered with my warranty, and even gave me a quote for the uncovered work in the spot.

Control board on Forced Air NG furnace burned out at 6:30 AM, called at 7:30, by 10:30 onsite at our house, less than an hour had the issued diagnosed, old board removed, and new one installed. Kim did not try to up-sell service, parts, etc, and the work was cleanly installed. Very professional, tidy, and courteous.

Fast, professional, and my AC hero! After waking up on an early Sunday morning to broken AC, I quickly googled for someone to come save us from the sweltering heat. Many AC/Heating businesses were closed, but not surprisingly for it being the weekend. Thankfully, Kim from TEK7 was able to come out a little later to save the day. Two days after that we had an unrelated issue resulting in no AC, again. Guess who showed up not even an hour after my call. Thank you, TEK7!

Found him on Angie's List, called around 1pm and he was able to show up less than 2 hours later. He fixed my HVAC issue in probably 15 mintues and thoroughly explained and showed me everything. great service!!

He's a Virginia Tech grad, trained engineer, nice guy, and great heating and air conditioning business. What a life-saver. I had a leak draining water inside my house from my HVAC system and he made it stop in no time at all.
