TEK7 Heating & Air Conditioning

We had an issue with our furnace not turning on, called TEK7 on a Sunday morning and they had the issue fixed within that same day. Kim was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. As brand new homeowners, we will be sure to use them again!

Mr. Lim arrived about 15 min after I contacted him, and went straight to work. I had done some troubleshooting on my own, and was pretty sure I needed one or more repair parts, but he kept searching for the real root cause of my problem, and eventually discovered a bad ground connection. One quick splice and a new wire nut and my furnace was back up and running. Excellent technician, and fair pricing. I will definitely call again if I need HVAC service. Highly recommended.

Kim was very professional. He diagnosed the issue with the furnace in a fast, yet thorough, manner. The cause was a bad control board in the basement furnace. This is a particularly expensive part. And it would’ve been hard to find as the service call was in the weekend. Kim went the extra mile to track the part down. He even offered a 15% discount.

Highly recommend. Scheduling was easy. Technician was on time, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my underperforming condenser coil. After testing the freon levels, he thoroughly cleaned the unit - there was immediate improvement in performance. He showed me how to clean the unit myself and explained how to landscape around the coil to prevent future problems (as opposed to other companies who just say "call back in a year so we can charge you again to clean it again").

Our AC unit stopped working so we called TEK7 late on a Friday night hoping someone could fix our unit ASAP since it was going to be a HOT weekend. Kim said he could be at our house by Noon Saturday. He texted me when he was on his way and was on time! He found the issue within 15 minutes, fixed it, and our unit was blowing cold air again. His prices and service were so excellent, we had him perform a general maintenance service on our unit while he was here. Kim is our go to guy for HVAC and AC services now! Don't waste your time price shopping, just put your trust in Kim, and he will earn your trust. I got the most satisfactory dealing with him, Very scrupulous recommend highly. Post installation, Kim came by to modify the utility door according to building code, that had never been complied to with very minimum charge. Highly recommend him for your next HVAC, you will have peace of mind.

Our furnace would not ignite during recent home inspection for the sale of our property. Our neighbors recommended TEK7 and I called Kim the owner. TEK7 is fantastic. Kim arrived on time, was professional, found problem and fixed it, and noted that one component of my system is undersized and I would benefit from increasing size of component with likely fewer service calls, but did not try to high-pressure up-sale me. Tek7 has been the contractor assigned to us on several repairs through our home warranty and has always been super responsive and quick to fix our furnace. He came to our rescue again today after the home warranty company had assigned us a different contractor who was awful and constantly delaying getting our heat back on after over a week of no heat.
