Kim is great! I would say he does a quality job and doesn't take shortcuts. He even took the time to do some minor improvements to my system. He got me solid Bryant equipment for a great price. Install was smooth and so far everything is great. would def recommend!

Tek7 does a thorough job on annual maintenance by cleaning and inspecting the components of the heater (or the AC in the summer). If there any difficulties the issues are explained. Highly Recommended.

Woke up in the morning at 7:00 am to a sub 60 degree house when the heat had been fine the night before. After trying to get the system working again on my own, I ended up calling and spoke to Kim at 9:15. It's now 11:07 a.m. and my heating system is back on and working. Incredibly happy and satisfied with the service and speed at which he was able to help. Will definitely use TEK7 again in the future and I highly recommend you give them a call if you have any issues. Pricing was fair and they were very professional and knowledgeable. I was explained all the issues and was given multiple options for solving the problem. Would give more stars if I could!

I highly recommend Tek7 and Kim. He came on short notice after I noticed my AC not working correctly. I called him in the morning and he came mid-afternoon and was able to get my AC running again. He was also thorough in diagnosing the issue and other issues he discovered that wasn't AC related. He told me I would need to get my HVAC replaced at some point and gave me a quote. I recommend Tek7 and Kim for your HVAC needs!

Excellent service and responsiveness. Immediately identified the problem and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. I had a problem with ants in my AC unit and the technician removed the ants and cleaned the area as well as replacing a broken part. Will continue to call on TEK7 for future issues.

Wow - what a great experience. Not only was the price reasonable, Kim showed me how to replace my own humidifier filter and had me practice so that he wouldn't have to charge me for him to do it! And, he was super thorough in inspecting my gas furnace and cleaning everything. Also, there was no mention of a "service contract" so no high pressure selling to go along with a service call. I highly recommend Tek7!

Mr. Lim is amazing. He’s helped on three different occasions over the last several years. He is very responsive and timely. He showed up day of every time.
