Atlantic Shores comes highly recommended, but I would steer everyone I can to a different company.
I had them come out to my house for an estimate on getting duct work installed as it had to be removed for repairs years ago. Although the tech was on time and very polite, it seemed he did not want to take on the job, and verbally quoted us $10,000 for a one story 1,500 square foot house.
This was the 3rd company that I had called out for an estimate, as repairs were being paid for by a 3rd party; and they required at least 3 estimates.
I informed the tech that the price wasn't an issue (even though both other companies had quoted me roughly $3,500 less for the same job)
I was informed I would receive an official estimate the same day, which I did not expect to happen, but have still not received one after multiple days.
I called to inquire when I can expect to receive the official estimate, and let the same tech know that it was needed asap, he sounded almost surprised to hear from me and informed me that he would get it completed and sent to me that same day.... I still never received it.
Now I am forced to call out yet another company for an estimate, pushing back on when I can finally have AC in this brutal heat.

We just signed up with Atlantic Shores Heating & Cooling. Initially, we called to have our HVAC system checked out to make sure it is running efficiently. We also bought a new programmable thermostat and asked if they could do the installation. We had it installed, however, the unit was faulty so they came back to install the replacement unit. All three visits were done by their technician, DeAndre Mitchell. He was so professional, kind, and patient. He did such an amazing job both on the install and the system check. He was punctual and considerate when it came to our time and the covid situation. Customer Service Superstar!

Dylan did an excellent job. He was able to show us how to adjust the duct damper on our system and recommended simple fixes to help save money. He was not pushy with offering services and only recommended things that could help. I will gladly do business with them again.

My experience with Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling was absolutely amazing. They were very responsive when I called and calls were always returned as promised. The technicians arrived promptly. I have had all of the services listed above done at one time or another and all were professionally done by knowledgeable Atlantic Shores technicians. Most recently Josh Hawkins performed a complicated repair on my heating system. He is a caring and expert diagnostician who went the extra mile and wasn't satisfied until the system was in perfect form. I can't say enough about his level of professionalism, expertise, and customer friendly manner. I highly recommend Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling.

We recently had a new HVAC unit installed by Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling and could not be happier. The gentlemen that came to install our new unit were friendly, professional and courteous. They explained everything they were going to do, reviewed everything with me once they were done, and made sure to test the unit to be sure it was working properly before they left. They answered any and all of my questions and even went so far as to say they would be happy to come back and review everything with my husband if he had any questions or concerns as he was not home they day they did the new install. My husband was equally impressed with the gentleman that initially came to repair our older unit - even though he had the misfortune of delivering the news that we may want to consider getting a new unit! He explained all of our options and answered all of our many questions. After doing some research on my own, we decided that a new unit was our best option. We would highly recommend Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling.

Technician was here almost immediately on Christmas Eve and had my problem fixed in under 30 minutes, no hassle extremely helpful 5/5 would Recommend!!!

My initial experience with Atlantic Shores started off very rocky, with not so great service techs and broken equipment. However, when my complaint was brought to the attention of the management team, they swept in to make it right. Thank You to Amber!
