DeAndre was our technician who responded the same day we called. He was very polite, professional, honest and helpful. I was very impressed with the service and the willingness to help. He repaired the unit quickly and explained every aspect of the repair. I will definitely be using this company in the future for any of my ac needs. I truly appreciated the quick response to send the technician the same day. Also when I first called the phone operation lady was very kind and understanding of my needs. Thank you!

Carolina Shores our Rental Company, called for an a/c problem, they came out twice, both times they did not diagnosis the problem correctly. They lied about saying that the compressor was bad, they were going to replace it, when it was the condenser coils that leaked. They also lied about saying that they tested for a leak, but Air Handlers showed us the leak they found, we expect competent service, not what they provided.

Im a customer service professional and I never write reviews as I know how much it can impact a business/employees - but these guys unfortunately were terrible. I got their info straight from Trane's website and initially I was impressed. the quote came back quickly (approx 16k) and was inline with others I had gotten for different brand units. I wanted Trane so I went with them. I was told just a couple of weeks for the install and the guys showed up on time for there initial removal of the old unit AND dropped off the new unit. impressive. However the next time they came out they took the internal air handler and just left- fast forward 3+ months later with NO heat or cooling March- May. The sales personal would routinely not answer calls or text and when he would reply he would not answer the actual question. They DID NOT pull a city permit I only found out later. When they were finally were finishing up- they cut plumbing and electrical and told me it was on me to get corrected... after wrangling through that - I have an installed unit. Mind you they didnt give instructions on how to use the system nor did the even leave air filters . I had hopes of using them for service but I will look elsewhere for other providers. Terrible

They responded quickly on a Sunday morning to quickly and correctly diagnose the issue. Problem was fixed as soon as parts arrived. Communication, professionalism we're outstanding. Would definitely use again.

Quality staff but poor follow-up. Our experience with technician Dylan and sales consultant Hal was pleasant. They were both very polite, professional and explained the problem and options well. Got an immediate quote for repair of a failed compressor, but we have an old unit so we also requested a quote to replace the unit. Was told on Tuesday morning that I'd have a quote same day. Didn't
receive it so I followed up on Wednesday to verify my email address. Still never received the quote even though I did receive the survey invitations via email. Contacted another local company that came out on Friday afternoon and I had a reasonable quote for replacement within half an hour.

I needed to replace my fairly ancient gas water heater and hired Atlantic Shores to provide and install the new unit. Parts of the job were kind of challenging due to some "creative" vent work the previous owner of my home had installed on the old unit. The Atlantic Shores installers stuck with the job and made the mods needed to ensure my new unit was properly vented and safe. They also noticed that a water line from the unit did not have a cutoff valve installed, so they went ahead and installed one for me at no extra charge. I really appreciated their extra effort to make sure my new unit was installed 100% correctly.

It’s a blessing to be able to get something I have wanted for years. A Heating and Cooling Unit for my home. Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling out Suffolk delivered. The guys from this company are the best at their jobs. Hal, Thomas, Will and Art, I thank you for installing my system, answering all my questions, being respectful of my home by cleaning up and even the quiet and polite conversations while going about their duty. They removed items from the attic that were further back than I knew about and placed them outside for me. After completing the installation job, they explained how the system worked in detail. They could have left at this point but Thomas politely asked me if I needed the window units removed. I had three, I am grateful for those air conditioners, they served it’s purpose but it was time for a new move. I almost cried because I would have had to wait a while to have them removed. They worked as a team to remove the units and one window there was an issue, but they worked it out for me. I am very pleased from the initial visit up until they pulled out of the yard. A job well done and appreciated. I recommend this company with out hesitation.

The gentlemen were on time, and very professional, quick and were very informative about the product and installation.

Hal was very outstanding. He got our heat working. Super responsive and very professional. Additionally, the after hours service was not a commercial venture where you have to sing a bunch of waivers and price agreements before service. Just normal folks helping each other out. Our experience with Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling was absolutely the BEST starting from our original request for service through installation completion. We felt the company was trustworthy from the beginning.
First acquaintance with the installation manager was extremely professional. He was quite knowledgeable in providing specific and valuable information about each product that we were possibly considering. He provided logical answers to our many questions and gave assurance to any concerns or decisions. We received an excellent and competitive price quote.
Kudos to the installation crew. Considering installation of an upgrade to replace our 21 year old furnace and A/C unit plus the 50 years of dirty ductwork, we were completely satisfied with the overall workmanship. Technicians were always timely, job focused, courteous and informative about the installation process.

Their manager was in frequent contact via phone or site visits. The TEAM showed special attention to our medical concerns of home air quality during the demolition of the attic return equipment -- removing all fiberglass debris carefully and quickly from the home. We were pleasantly surprised the entire job went so quickly. Clean up at completion was done proficiently.

We will confidently use Atlantic Shores for future work. Because we are unable to do DIY home maintenance projects as before, we look forward to a continued relationship with this highly recommended company.
