Atlantic Shores Heating & Cooling were professional & kind from start to finish when our geothermal unit stopped working. Hal came out, assessed the issue, & ordered the new unit immediately. Once the unit arrived, Hal scheduled an install within the week. Arthur, Virgil, Lawrence, Jesse, & Josh were polite, professional, efficient, and friendly while installing the unit. They patiently answered any questions we had regarding the unit & installment. An excellent crew & business.

The air conditioning technicians arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They completed the installation as promised. They made sure to wear shoe protectors while in our home, and was very respectful. I would do business with Atlantic Shores again.

Lost heat last night and they answered the phone at 0230 and dispatched a technician. At 0730 the technician called and said he was on his way and at 0830 we had heat. Fully understand and expected a few hour wait so no issues there. The technician was professional, experienced, and efficient. Atlantic Shores will continue to get my business. Thank you.

I found Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling off of reviews while moving here from the West Coast. Hal and Michelle were extremely easy to work with. Of course they are professional, but also personable and don’t just treat you like a client but a person. It’s refreshing. We got quick quotes, and the install was on time. Arthur and Lawrence were extremely professional and did great work. They noticed a drain issue from the previous install and took the time to correct it rather than just leave it and say nothing. It really shows the honesty and the fact they stand behind their work.

After install, there was an issue with the AC even though brand new and Hal showed up the same day I called to discover a bad sensor. Not their fault but they took the time in the middle of a busy season. I will need a new hot water heater soon and will be calling Atlantic Shores to have it done.
