Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling

Atlantic Shores is the way to go! Our gas pack unit died just before Easter. Hal came out and installed our new unit on Easter weekend. We were very impressed with their speed, service and quality. They have made us long time customers.

New heat pump to replace old a/c with electric furnace installed two days earlier than the originally scheduled date.

All staff were polite, professional, and cleaned up when done. Even in the rain.

New unit is much quieter than the old unit, and seems to cool better also.

I have always used Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling since they installed my heat pumps and air handlers back in 2016. I have always gotten EXCELLENT SERVICE from them. Recently Deana came out and fixed two problems with my system (capacitor for one heat pump) and redid some ventilation lines under the house that had never been touched since 2006 when the house was built. I was very IMPRESSED by her demeanor, professionalism and knowledge. She really reflects very well on Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling. Thank you Deana!

I would highly advise you to steer clear of this company. I called for a technician to come out after I had done all my troubleshooting. Long story short, I have two units under warranty and just needed a licensed HVAC to come out and confirm that my compressor needed to be replaced. The first technician had an attitude problem because he was on call and had no idea what he was doing. He couldn't perform a simple diagnostic and figure out why my breaker was tripping. He told me to replace parts in my air handler, which made no sense because it had no relation to my problem. He broke my defrost board while testing it and then told me that this was my problem. It was never bad, by the way, so that was a lie. He had no problem requesting the $105 diagnostic fee but never determined the problem.

The second technician came out and told me my compressor was not bad. Wow not sure if this guy even had his HVAC license. He told me to hire an electrician and that my breaker was the culprit. He told me how he treats all his customers like he was working on his unit but spent 5 minutes on yet another wrong diagnosis. My friend is an electrician and verified that he was wrong and that I should never use this company again.

Do your research online and utilize videos on youtube to help troubleshoot your problem before you waste $105 for a company to come out and lie to you. They will tell you anything to take your money. The compressor was my problem and was covered under warranty. I found another HVAC technician that did private work and was extremely trustworthy and professional. He told me that you could not trust these companies as an HVAC technician for more than 30 years. He said they will tell you anything to make you buy an entire unit and take advantage of you. Don't let the reviews from this company fool you. As a service member who served this country for over 20 years, it's embarrassing that companies like this exist and have zero integrity!

I am very happy with Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling. I called Atlantic Shores and was able to get a quote on a new Trane system, water heater, and insulation within a few days. In less than a week, I had everything installed. The temperature of my house is finally comfortable. Everyone I came into contact with was polite, friendly, and hard working. This company is a Joke they have a 2 hour window for appointments and they couldn't even make the appointment on time then they give me a quote for the most expensive unit they sell that's the only option lmmfao 🤣🤣🤣🤣 go to Miller's where they are on time and actually honest at appointments

It was truly a pleasure to have ASHC install my new Hvac system the crew was on time, curious, knowledgeable and professional. Hal was very good and knowledgeable too work with from beginning to completion. I would highly recommend ASHC.

The technician arrived early to install our new HVAC system! Once the unit was up & running, the technician walked me through the new thermostat use & the app to manage my temperature when away from home. Great Service, knowledgeable about the product & very professional!
