Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling did a great job replacing my hot water tank. Hal was easy to talk with and he was very efficient in his work. Pricing was fair and they were able to come out quickly. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and I would definetly use them again. Thanks for a job well done!

Listen, same day service in this heat wave. Spoke to Hal 2 hours later he
was here.He came out gave us excellent customer service. He quickly found the answer to our problem, gave us great information. He is very knowledgeable! Great attitude and great work! In a matter of minutes we had cool air coming out..Would call on him anytime.

This is the second time I have chosen to use Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling and I would have rated this company at 5+ stars because of their timely response after a request for service, the exceptional customer service, the knowledgeable service tech (Deangelo) and the best pricing, HOWEVER, on this particular service call, it took the service technician about 10 min or less to diagnose the problem and call in for a replacement part. He said they will contact me later to schedule a day and time to replace the worn out part. I asked will the service fee of $89 be applied to the overall cost of the repair and he said definitely NOT. I can understand if I chose not have Atlantic Shores come back to complete the work but if customer chooses to have you complete the service it seems rational to me to apply the service fee to the final invoice and not create a new invoice charging parts and labor. I understand that business is business but I think this company should reconsider their service fee policy if the customer chooses to retain them to complete the repairs needed.

I had an amazing experience with this company. I was walked through every step of the process and thoroughly explained what was wrong and how to look for problems in the future. She was quick, kind, and professional. Prices were reasonable and much less than we had expected to pay. We were made aware of service costs multiple times so there were no surprise expenses. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service in the area.

Extremely pleased with the work from Atlantic Shores. They did a full system replacement (except existing ducts) of central air and propane furnace for me on 10/1/21. Extremely professional, and I'm very pleased with their work. The technicians had no way to know I've actually spent 20 years in the building industry and knew in detail what they were doing - yet they still did a 100% professional, clean job, without a corner cut anywhere, and their prices were completely competitive with other quotes I'd received. Proof positive that you can still find businesses and staff who will do the job right even when they don't know anyone who knows better is watching!
