Great service from the initial call, at home consultation and the install day. Everything went smooth and we couldn’t be happier with the product. Very efficient and professional job on the install. I’m glad I didn’t go with a cheap DIY option.

Tech was professional and helpful with suggestions for maintenance of the HVAC unit. Was able to identify the problem quickly and took the proper steps to repair it. He was also polite and courteous and very careful with his work area clean ups.

I waited a lwhile to leave this review. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Brand new installation, not working won't answer their phone have never called me back. Paid $12000 for the new system and have to have another company come out and fix it.

Wow!!! Called 3 heating and cooling places before I called Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling and let me just say this, impressive!! No one could come out on the same day, Atlantic Shores did, no one quoted me a fair reasonable price for a consultation, Atlantic Shores did, and when they arrived within the hour of me calling, I was over the moon!! They sent a technician by the name of Dylan and my AC was back up and running within 30 mins and I didn't feel I was raked over the coals. Not only did he fix my problem in a timely and professional manner, he also educated me on proper maintenance and made me feel secure in knowing my AC was fixed. He did such a fantastic job, I also hired this company to continue with my yearly maintenance. When my AC broke last night, I actually cried, because I'm a hardworking single mother and I was so nervous having someone come look at my unit. I was worried about being blindsided by an unreasonable quote. Well I worried for nothing. Fair, competitive pricing! I was so grateful for their professionalism and pricing. ♡ And to Dylan at Atlantic Shores, thank you for easing all my nervousness and fixing my AC. Atlantic Shores was recommended by Lowe’s to have our HVAC assessed due to sweating duct work. Hal was prompt and extremely helpful. We did not actually need our system replaced, but will definitely use them when that time comes. Not only did they answer all our questions but also made suggestions on what to do about the issues ie our dryer ventilation duct work was close by and Hal checked to make sure it was vented properly.

Got a call back shortly after I called and had a technician out to my home shortly after. The repair was done and he was super professional and quick. We're super thankful since its gonna be hot this weekend and we have two small kids. 10/10 recommend.

We hired Atlantic Shores to replace our entire system (new gas furnace, new AC unit, new ductwork, added Remi Halo and blow in insulation in attic). From the first interaction with Hal and Michelle to the finish with the install team they were prompt, professional and courteous. Our install team arrived each day when they said they would and answered all of the questions I had. They were so friendly and professional. Huge shout out to Josh, Tom, Arthur and James! You all were so great in every way! I highly recommend this team for any HVAC needs. I am a VERY happy customer. Thanks for everything!

Great business! Extremely polite employees. Came to the house numerous times to make sure the problem was being accessed properly. The new units were installed quickly and very professionally. Would absolutely use this company again and would happily recommend them to others.
