RC Duct Masters

Our home was built in 1975 and it was time for the vents and ductwork to be replaced. This was a big undertaking for us so we spoke with several companies to get proposals. As soon as we met Ryan and his team we were impressed with their knowledge of the industry. They had great ideas and it seemed like they really cared about creating a masterpiece for our home. Once they got started they didn't stop until it was complete (the job took a total of about 8 full days). They went through great lengths in prepping the home so as to cause the least amount of mess possible. Ryan and his team were courteous, polite and very professional. I would highly recommend RC Duct Masters to everyone. Reasonable prices and they are true craftsmen who have mastered their trade!

RC Duct Masters replaced my duct system in our 2 story home at a very reasonable price. They did extra work at no additional cost to ensure the air flow throughout the house was equal. We no longer have the extreme heat on the top floor nor the extreme cold on the bottom floor. Ryan is dedicated to his business and he is honest. He returns calls promptly and explained everything he was doing. We highly recommend RC Duct Masters.

I had a duct cleaning service done. Price was very reasonable, and Ryan, the owner, was on-site doing the actual work.

He took his time explaining the process, and made a few recommendations that would make it more comfortable for us during the seasonal changes.

I received honest, and clear instructions on what next steps would be. I plan on using them when we plan on getting future HVAC work done.

The work was done quickly and in a very effective manner. I received Ryan's name and number from a friend at work. He was a nice guy and while working together, he was great. Decent prices for all that needed done on our HVAC unit. We had been battling our system for a year, it wasn't going from heat to air conditioning when we needed it to. We paid Ryan with a check for the first payment and then through Venmo for the next two payments. He text me saying he was having trouble receiving the payment so I sent him the payment again. Venmo ended up sending him 3 payments of $200. When I only owed him two. I am not very "Venmo savy". Ryan did text him and told me he sees the extra payment and he has not returned it. I've text, emailed, and called to no response. Where my $200 went I have no idea but I just wish this company was ran by a decent human being to return it.

RC Duct Masters replaced all my crawlspace ductwork, cleaned up my crazy bad crawlspace, installed a moisture barrier and cleaned my air handlers for a very fair/reasonable price. Ryan (owner) came out to my home, inspected all the ductwork in my 26 year old house and explained what needed to be done in a very clear, matter of fact but friendly way. I already knew I had problems in the crawlspace; every contractor I had used for any work (plumbing, electrical, pest inspection, etc) in the last 5 years had told me the crawlspace was a mess. Hanging, wet insulation, an old vapor barrier that was installed by a company with little ethics or skills and poorly installed and deteriorating original duct work.

Ryan gave us a very reasonable estimate to do all the aforementioned work, did it quickly and we can't say enough about what great employees he has! All of them were so polite and professional, always respectful of coming in and out of the house and they offered us some great advice. They let us know about 2 leaks in our plumbing that we repaired and explained everything they were doing.

Your crawlspace can be a scary place but now, when we go in the crawlspace, it is PRISTINE! I am so glad I called Ryan before letting someone charge me $10,000 to do an encapsulation! I can't imagine paying that much money (and I had several estimates in that price range from a variety of companies) for a moisture barrier/encapsulation and not replacing the ductwork. Not 1 of the encapsulation companies mentioned replacing the ductwork and we are pretty sure all the leaky and unsealed ductwork was a huge contributor to the moisture problem in our crawlspace. Not to mention, Ryan gave us several tips on saving money with our heating/air conditioning system and maximizing it's efficiency.

I manage over a dozen properties and list and sell many others throughout the year. It is important that I have contractors I can trust and Ryan has never disappointed. I have used him for over 10 years and know when he diagnoses a problem and gives a quote it is honest and fair. Won't call anyone else.

Called 2 weeks ago to set an appointment. 20 minutes after set arrival time on service date had passed having had no one show up or call, I called to verify they were coming and was still on the list for that particular morning. The man I spoke to sounded as if I caught him off guard as though they forgot about me but he said he would call me back in a few minutes when he found out where his "guys" were. After an hour passed with not return call, I called again multiple times and my call was never answered. Wasted 2 hours of my morning on this unprofessional company. Buyer beware!

If you are looking for guys to do it thoroughly and right the first time, then give this company a call. They showed me before and after pictures and it was pretty obvious that they know how to do it all. My family and I are thankful and will sleep and breathe better! Kuddos - Chris

These guys showed up late everyday and didn’t finish the job. They have not responded to calls or texts and haven’t delivered on stuff I already paid for. I am now spending hundreds of dollars having to fix their shotty work. Do not use.
