The has to be the worst experience I’ve had with a business. I am dissatisfied and disappointed. My father has been getting gas from Parker with MUTI TANKS for years!! FOUR tanks at four addresses to be exact. And multiple recommendations. You get disrespected when you call to ask if they are going to come finish their job. Disgusted. I have been trying to move into my home for three months. Two months was waiting for a gas tank to be delivered and didn’t show up until two months later. Not a rental tank. A PURCHASED tank. ONE month after the time is waiting for someone from Parker to get the permit from Isle of Wight county that is needed to get my final occupancy permit. I get that times are tough and we are busy. But that is it. We are all busy. If your business could not deliver a product in a reasonable time, YOU should have stated that. I am being refrained from moving into my home because of their poor business. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything from them. I cannot wait until they lose my families and other family friends business. Too many other companies around to be treated that way. I will be sure to explain this to everybody I can to avoid it happening to them.

These people are just idiots. I called because the gauge never changes from 40%. It never moves so I called and asked someone to come check the gauge because it should be different even it’s 1% change after 3 months. What does Parker do, they say their filled it with 71 gallons of propane for $270 and guess what the gauge is still reading 40%. So you don’t do what I ask you to do and then charge me for something else. I swear if there was any other company I could switch to I would fire these incompetent people.

We sold our house almost a year ago, I’ve had nothing but trouble with this company since then trying to get our names off of the account. Called 5-6 times since and they assured me each time that the new owners are the responsible party, and now I have an “outstanding balance” for a home we no longer own and no one will return my calls. I’ve left 3 messages in the last week one of which was for the manager of this branch. Terrible company

Parker Oil has truly terrible service. I have been on automatic home heating oil for years. Recently, I had a propane tank added to service some outdoor equipment. That was not on automatic service. However, this somehow canceled the home heating service. I have been trying for a year to get the home heating on automatic, but not the propane without success. When I called today because I ran out of heating oil, I was called back about 4 four hours later. The guy laughed at me when I told him I was concerned about pipes freezing, and I was told they would come out next week. I would highly recommend against anyone using their service if you have other options.

Beware of this company. I received heating oil from them back in November. My heating furnace malfunctioned and had to be replaced. My landlord decided to put in a gas furnace so I can't use the oil at all. My landlord and I requested that they come pick up the oil and refund the money that I paid for the oil. My landlord agreed to pay the fee that they charge for pick up the oil. They agreed. That was three months ago and I am still waiting. I have reached out several times and they just give me the run around. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Don’t go with this company unless your willing to buy the maximum amount THEY want you to purchase. If you only want to buy what you need and they don’t think you’re spending enough, they’ll charge you a new rental fee (no warning) or worse you’ll gone home and your tank is gone with no warning... but don’t worry, if you have any gas in your tank they make sure they don’t reimburse you. They’ll use it for the new charges. In other words, they suck with zero customer service.

Horrific communications at this company (almost non-existent).

I was quoted a price and then they directly charged me $.15 more per gallon on my fill-up. I called to check on what was going on...
Was promised a call back by someone who could resolve the misunderstanding...
The call has yet to come in...

Absolutely love the people that work here - they are very helpful, they fill my grandmothers tank on Old Myrtle. She has always said how much she loves talking to the drivers!
