Daniel is the best! I had a problem with my gas furnace. I was at wits end because QAE sent 2 technicians on 2 separate occasions (over the course of 3 weeks) to check my non-operating furnace. It still kept turning off, and I’d spend nights without heat Third times a charm—Daniel was able to diagnose the issue. He told me I would have to wait 2-3 days to get a new furnace. I begged him to expedite. He told me he has 24 hours but will speed it up. Long story short...he cares about his customer because within an hour, I was notified that a replacement furnace was ordered. Thank you, Daniel!

I had my Home Warranty contact this company to perform an ac check before summer came. Needless to say they said they checked everything and all was well. However as we all know we had some warm days lately and I turned on my ac and it was not blowing cold air at all. I called another company and watched everything they did. What was found to be wrong was the capacitor to my outside unit was dead . Wasted my time and money

We had worked with Esi at Quality Air when we replaced the furnace and hot water heater in our old home.
When it was time to replace the a/c, furnace, and hot water heater in our present home, we had 6 companies come out to provide an estimate, including Quality Air.
Once again, they provided the best value for our needs. Esi is very responsive and the lady that schedules appointments is very professional. The whole experience was painless, and once again, thank you to Quality Air!

The front Desk manager (stephanie) is rude, i told her that i have an elder people in the house and her response was that is not her problem. 3 different guys came to trouble shoot my AC issue, the first guy told me no issue, second guys put coolant and finally the last guys knew what he is doing.
I do not recommend this place, save your money and try different company. I stayed 3 weeks without AC,

I can’t speak to their value because the were dispatched through American Home Shield and the repair to my heating system was covered by my home warranty.

What I can say is that I reported the problem, heat not working, to AHS on Sunday evening. The following morning, I received a call from Quality Air and we scheduled the repair call for between 1 and three that afternoon.
The technicians, there were two, showed up at 1:30. They were friendly and communicated well, put on shoe coverings without even asking, and started to work. Less than 30 minutes they replaced a broken igniter, verified that my heat was working again, and were on their way.

I couldn’t be happier with both Quality Air Experts and American Home Shield.

The technician did not have the equipment to fix my HVAC. He stated he needed to reschedule and I noted I would have to take off more work if he couldn’t come back today.

He LIED by saying he would go buy a part and return. Then I got transferred to another vendor.

I do not think these people know what they are doing. Diagnosed a problem completely incorrect and charged me $240 for a repair that basically did not do anything. I asked the technician multiple times if he was sure that the problem was what he had diagnosed and if he could check anything else. The technican appeared to be over confident.Surprised how they are operating a service company .
