Could schedule an appointment same day if needed. Technician called to let me know he was on his way. Technician was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions . Determined the issue and gave me a price. Unit was fixed an running in no time. I Have and will continue to recommend Snell to friends and family.

I want to share our experience with them ! After horrible experience with other companies Snell has proven to be professional! The tech guy who came to fix our HVAC is very knowledgeable. He fixed it on his first visit and followed up the nextweek. They even charge less that the bad company we had who visited and charged us multiple times without fixing the problem! The customer service is above and beyond! I love this company! They deserve acknowledgement!

This is our first time engaging this company, and my wife and I were impressed with the quality of service that was delivered. Dan Moore, the technician that came to check what was wrong with our HVAC was by far the very best I have encountered so far. He knew what to look for, found the source of the problem and proffered the solution. He also saved us money by getting the best price for the parts that was needed. Dan really went above and beyond and even gave us some tips to keep our HVAC running for the longest possible time. I loved the excitement, glow and energy he brought to doing the job. Dan Moore Is Heaven sent! He arrived on-time. Was super knowledgeable & educational. Diagnosed the A/C issue with ease. Very thorough. Fixed the A/C and stayed until he knew the unit was running as it should. I’m so grateful for Dan Moore, for his expertise & professionalism. From the original gentleman that came out to do the estimate, to the installers, and the lovely lady that helped with scheduling the county inspection, the Snell team has been professional through and through. I even got a call afterwards about a rebate from the Electric Company, saving me even more money. Excellent customer service, commitment to quality, and timeliness. The technician (Rabin) arrived at my residence when scheduled and presented himself as a professional in all respects. Having been a Snell customer for about 5 years, Rabin proved to be the most diligent inspector/tester we have experienced among the almost universally well trained and thorough personnel from Snell. He discovered some issues that had passed other prior inspections. He really knew what he was doing and had informative answers to all of my technical questions.

I've had two positive experiences with Snell in the past couple of weeks. First, Snell HVAC technician, Daniel Moore, provided maintenance for my rental property. He was responsive, personable and professional.

Today, Snell plumber Ronnie Willett, fixed a leak from my utility room sink. I had to modify my appointment on short notice because of an unexpected meeting. He arrived quickly, was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was very pleased with his work and even requested an estimate on additional services.
