I had plumbing service with Logan 0n 12/4/22. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, patient, kind and thorough. He addressed all my concerns and did a work effortlessly which was deemed impossible by other company technician. I highly recommend Snell to their continued reliable service for many years and specifically Logan for excellent service with lots of kindness and humility.

Snell was fast and efficient in their diagnosis of our malfunctioning AC. AJ was a rockstar and had us taken care of in less than an hour! He even had the part on hand so there was no need to wait for anything. Fantastic!

The senior techs worked together to figure it out, with dispatch checking in to see how I was doing during the holiday cold snap (they even sent me space heaters, just in case). They were really focused on finding the problem, and explaining things every step of the way, which made me very confident about their work. And they're open on weekends and holidays... fantastic!
